INTRODUCTION</strong></div><p> </p><div>1.1 These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a contract between you and MEXC, governing your access to and use of the MEXC services as a Merchant. MERCHANT CONDUCT AND TRANSACTION REQUIREMENTS</strong></div><p> </p><div style="text-align:left">5.1 The name on your payment method must match the name used during identity verification on MEXC.</div><div> </div><div style="text-align:left">5.2 Trading with users outside the MEXC P2P platform is strictly prohibited. MEXC will not be responsible for transactions conducted privately or outside the platform. Any such actions are undertaken at the Merchant&#39;s own risk.</div><div> </div><div>5.3 You must not include personal contact information (e.g., social media or messaging apps) in your advertisement, trading terms, or auto-replies.</div><div> </div><div>5.4 Sharing external links in your trading terms, auto-replies, or directing users to external platforms through chat is strictly prohibited. MEXC only provides the platform for transactions and is not responsible for any external links or activities.</div><div> </div><div>5.5 The use of third-party payment processors or payment providers is strictly prohibited. You must use only personal or corporate bank accounts registered under your verified name for transactions.</div><p> </p><div><div><div>5.6 Splitting fiat payments across multiple transfers is not allowed. Each transaction must exactly match the agreed order amount. Partial transfers or multiple payments for a single order are strictly prohibited.</div></div></div><div> </div><div>5.7 Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful language will not be tolerated. You must maintain professionalism in all communications.</div><div> </div><div style="text-align:left">5.8 If any suspicions arise during transaction, you are advised to request additional identity verification from the user. If the user refuses to provide further information, you must contact MEXC Customer Support for assistance.</div><div> </div><div style="text-align:left">5.9 If a user reports that their bank account has been frozen after receiving payment from you, you must cooperate with MEXC and provide all required evidence.</div><div> </div><div style="text-align:left">5.10 You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any transactions involving illegal funds. The source and purpose of all assets used in P2P transactions must be legal, with no suspicion of money laundering, criminal activity, or other illegal activity.</div><div> </div><div style="text-align:left">5.11 If you bring illegal digital assets or illegal funds into MEXC, resulting in legal risks or loss of assets for MEXC and its users, MEXC reserves the right to immediately disqualify you, ban all of your activities, and confiscate your security deposit. Additionally, MEXC reserves the right to pursue compensation for any direct or indirect losses incurred as a result of your actions. You agree to indemnify MEXC against all direct, indirect, special, and consequential losses or damages arising therefrom.</div><div> </div><p> </p><div><strong>6. MERCHANT DISQUALIFICATION</strong></div><p> </p><div>6.1 To ensure a secure, fair, and transparent P2P trading environment, MEXC reserves the right to disqualify any Merchant who violates MEXC platform rules. Grounds for disqualification may include, but are not limited to:</div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><div>Failing to cooperate with MEXC Support during dispute resolution, including repeatedly ignoring requests for information or assistance.</div></li><li><div>Imposing hidden charges, unauthorized fees, or requiring users to pay more than what is clearly stated in the advertisement.</div></li><li><div>Encouraging users to trade or communicate outside the MEXC platform.</div></li><li><div>Mishandling, sharing, or abusing users’ private information, such as names, contact information, or banking data.</div></li><li><div>Spreading misleading, false, or damaging information that may negatively impact user trust in MEXC.</div></li><li><div>Taking advantage of technical issues or unfair tactics to gain an advantage over other Merchants.</div></li><li><div>Using multiple MEXC accounts to manipulate trades, monopolize the market, or block other users.</div></li><li><div>Receiving excessive negative reviews, low ratings, or unresolved complaints from users.</div></li><li><div>Engaging in disrespectful, offensive, or abusive communication on the MEXC platform, including in chats, appeals, or support channels.</div></li><li><div>Participating in market manipulation, price fixing, coordinated trading, or other activities that disrupt fair market conditions.</div></li><li><div>Remaining inactive for extended periods or consistently maintaining low trading activity.</div></li><li><div>Having a low order completion rate, frequent disputes, excessive complaints, or slow response times.</div></li></ul><div> </div><div>6.2 MEXC has the sole discretion to disqualify Merchants based on their behavior, internal risk assessments, and user feedback. MEXC P2P Appeal Handling Rules

<div>Last Updated: Jul 30, 2025</div><div> </div><div>This MEXC P2P Appeal Handling Rules (the &#39;Rules&#39;) form part and parcel of the MEXC P2P Service Agreement (the &#39;Service Agreement&#39;). By subscribing to or using MEXC P2P, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions in these Rules and the Service Agreement, and you acknowledge and agree that you will be bound by and will comply with the terms contained herein.</div><div> </div><div>All terms and references used in these Rules and which are defined and construed in the MEXC User Agreement (the “User Agreement”) or the Service Agreement, but are not defined or construed in these Rules, shall have the same meaning and construction in these Rules.</div><div> </div><div><strong>Overview of the Dispute Settlement Procedure</strong></div><div>A user (Buyer or Seller) may initiate an appeal related to a P2P Order. Instead, MEXC CS will require the Seller to refund the full payment. You must use only personal or corporate bank accounts registered under your verified name for transactions.</div><p> </p><div><div><div>5.6 Splitting fiat payments across multiple transfers is not allowed. Each transaction must exactly match the agreed order amount. Partial transfers or multiple payments for a single order are strictly prohibited.</div></div></div><div> </div><div>5.7 Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful language will not be tolerated. You must maintain professionalism in all communications.</div><div> </div><div style="text-align:left">5.8 If any suspicions arise during transaction, you are advised to request additional identity verification from the user. If the user refuses to provide further information, you must contact MEXC Customer Support for assistance.</div><div> </div><div style="text-align:left">5.9 If a user reports that their bank account has been frozen after receiving payment from you, you must cooperate with MEXC and provide all required evidence.</div><div> </div><div style="text-align:left">5.10 You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any transactions involving illegal funds. The source and purpose of all assets used in P2P transactions must be legal, with no suspicion of money laundering, criminal activity, or other illegal activity.</div><div> </div><div style="text-align:left">5.11 If you bring illegal digital assets or illegal funds into MEXC, resulting in legal risks or loss of assets for MEXC and its users, MEXC reserves the right to immediately disqualify you, ban all of your activities, and confiscate your security deposit. Additionally, MEXC reserves the right to pursue compensation for any direct or indirect losses incurred as a result of your actions. You agree to indemnify MEXC against all direct, indirect, special, and consequential losses or damages arising therefrom.</div><div> </div><p> </p><div><strong>6. MERCHANT DISQUALIFICATION</strong></div><p> </p><div>6.1 To ensure a secure, fair, and transparent P2P trading environment, MEXC reserves the right to disqualify any Merchant who violates MEXC platform rules. Grounds for disqualification may include, but are not limited to:</div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><div>Failing to cooperate with MEXC Support during dispute resolution, including repeatedly ignoring requests for information or assistance.</div></li><li><div>Imposing hidden charges, unauthorized fees, or requiring users to pay more than what is clearly stated in the advertisement.</div></li><li><div>Encouraging users to trade or communicate outside the MEXC platform.</div></li><li><div>Mishandling, sharing, or abusing users’ private information, such as names, contact information, or banking data.</div></li><li><div>Spreading misleading, false, or damaging information that may negatively impact user trust in MEXC.</div></li><li><div>Taking advantage of technical issues or unfair tactics to gain an advantage over other Merchants.</div></li><li><div>Using multiple MEXC accounts to manipulate trades, monopolize the market, or block other users.</div></li><li><div>Receiving excessive negative reviews, low ratings, or unresolved complaints from users.</div></li><li><div>Engaging in disrespectful, offensive, or abusive communication on the MEXC platform, including in chats, appeals, or support channels.</div></li><li><div>Participating in market manipulation, price fixing, coordinated trading, or other activities that disrupt fair market conditions.</div></li><li><div>Remaining inactive for extended periods or consistently maintaining low trading activity.</div></li><li><div>Having a low order completion rate, frequent disputes, excessive complaints, or slow response times.</div></li></ul><div> </div><div>6.2 MEXC has the sole discretion to disqualify Merchants based on their behavior, internal risk assessments, and user feedback.
