3. Photo Requirements for KYC Verification Documents
To help ensure your KYC verification is approved smoothly, please note the following when submitting your documents:
1)Document validity: Please make sure the document you provide is an official government-issued document and is still within its validity period. Expired documents will not pass the review.
2)Photo capture: Please take photos of the original document. Copies or scanned versions are not accepted. Make sure the lighting is sufficient and that all text and photos on the document are clear and legible, with all four corners fully visible. Please note that images edited with graphic editing software are not supported by the platform.
3)Age requirement: You must have reached the legal age of adulthood in your country or region to complete identity verification.
4. Notes
When completing KYC identity verification, please carefully check the information you enter, such as your name and document number, and make sure it exactly matches the information shown on your document. Any incorrect information may cause the verification to fail. At the same time, please make sure to use your own valid and authentic document. Submitting forged documents or documents belonging to another person is a violation.
If you encounter any issues during the KYC verification process or your verification is not approved, you can contact MEXC customer support through the online service or by submitting a ticket. The support team will provide further guidance and assistance.
