<title>Terms and Conditions</title><ul><li>By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.</li><li>Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.</li><li>Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.</li><li>The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.</li><li>All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. • The event is only open to users who register using a non-affiliate referral code. Registrations via affliate codes are not eligible for participation.

• Only individual users are eligible. Trading activity from sub-accounts will not be counted. Market makers and institutional users are not eligible for this event.

• Futures trades with zero fees and Futures trades using bonuses and fee vouchers are excluded from the 20% cashback trading volume calculation.

• Futures trades with zero fees are included in the valid trading volume calculation for the leaderboard ranking.

• Cashback rewards will be distributed in a single installment within 10 business days after the event concludes, based on valid Futures trading volume. The final reward amount will be determined by the actual distribution.

• Please refer to the Futures Bonus Usage Instructions before using the bonus.

• All participating users must strictly abide by the MEXC Terms of Service. MEXC reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
