<title>Условия и положения</title><ul><li>Участвуя в этом событии, пользователи подтверждают, что они прочитали, поняли и согласились с Условиями и положениями события.</li><li>Участие в этом событии ограничено только основным аккаунтом. Субаккаунты не могут участвовать в качестве независимых аккаунтов. Объем торгов и соответствующие данные субаккаунтов будут объединены с данными основного аккаунта для окончательных расчетов.</li><li>Пользователи могут получить только одну награду за один и тот же тип события на MEXC в течение одного и того же периода времени. Повторные награды не будут выданы.</li><li>Значение наград может варьироваться в зависимости от рыночных условий и может быть увеличено или уменьшено в любое время. MEXC не несет ответственности за любые изменения наград в результате волатильности рынка.</li><li>Все победители будут проходить проверку рисков MEXC перед распределением наград. Пользователи, не прошедшие проверку, не получат награды, и награды не будут выдаваться повторно. MEXC оставляет за собой право окончательного решения по всем вопросам распределения наград.</li><li>В течение периода события MEXC будет отслеживать торговую активность с целью выявления и предотвращения любых форм мошенничества или аномального поведения, включая, но не ограничиваясь: создание нескольких аккаунтов, использование чужих аккаунтов или личной информации, предоставление ложных данных KYC, искусственное завышение торговых данных, участие в фиктивной торговле или отмывании денег, нарушение условий события, нарушение местных нормативных требований или участие в любой другой незаконной, мошеннической или вредоносной деятельности. В случае выявления любого из вышеперечисленных действий MEXC оставляет за собой право лишить пользователей права на получение наград.</li><li>Данное событие не является и не должно рассматриваться как рекомендация или инвестиционный совет по покупке или продаже каких-либо активов. Event Rules

• Users must click the Register Now button on the event page to be eligible for the event. 

• This event is open exclusively to selected participants from Vietnam. Eligibility will be verified after the event ends. Users who do not meet the regional requirements will not be eligible for rewards.

• Upon successful registration, the system will automatically track the trading volumes of participants throughout the event period.

• Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in this event independently. Trading volumes from sub-accounts will be combined with the main account for final calculations.

• There may be a delay in updating Futures trading data. If the trading volume is not updated in real time, the page should be refreshed after approximately 10 minutes.

• Both opening and closing positions will be included in the calculation of Futures trading volume. Futures trades that incur zero fees, utilize bonuses, fee vouchers, or MX tokens to offset trading fees, or involve stablecoin trading pairs (e.g., USDCUSDT), shall be excluded from the calculation of valid trading volume.

• For the Daily Check-In Challenge, tiered rewards for consecutive trading days are not stackable. Participants will receive only the highest-tier reward for each day, based on the trading volume achieved for that day.

• All rewards are limited in quantity and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis within 10 working days after the event ends. Token rewards will be airdropped to users' spot wallets. Mystery box rewards will be distributed uniformly after the event ends.

• Winners of physical prizes are required to complete this form https://www.mexc.com/support/forms/EbS4jYCVNsUX to claim their rewards.

• Rewards from this event may not be combined with rewards from other similar events on the platform. In the case of concurrent participation, users will only receive the reward from the event for which they first become eligible. MEXC will conduct a unified review, and duplicate participation will be determined based on the referral source associated with the sign-up page.

• This event does not constitute investment advice. Participation in this event is entirely voluntary. 

• All participating users must strictly abide by the MEXC Terms of Service. Terms and Conditions

  • By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.
  • Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.
  • Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.
  • The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.
  • All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. MEXC retains the final decision on all matters of reward distribution.
  • During the event period, MEXC will monitor trading activity to detect and prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using another person's account or personal information, providing false KYC details, artificially inflating trading data, engaging in wash or laundering trades, violating the terms of the event, breaching local regulatory requirements, or engaging in any other unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. If any such conduct is identified, MEXC reserves the right to disqualify users from receiving rewards.
