關於被盜/詐騙幣種流入MEXC舉報方法
<h1>1、什麼情況下可以舉報詐騙？</h1><p><br /></p>
<p>以下任意一種情況，您都可以聯繫MEXC在線客服/郵件/表單的方式進行舉報詐騙：</p>
<ul><li>假冒客服代表通過電話、短信或電子郵件與您聯繫，要求轉賬；</li><li>有人通過您的社交媒體帳戶與您聯繫並提出幫助您投資；</li><li>您存入一個聲稱可以幫助您從交易中獲利的平台，但除非您支付極高的稅款或利息，否則拒絕您的提款;</li><li>假冒客服代表幫助您通過KYC或進行轉賬，並要求您同意他們遠程控制您的計算機；</li><li>您陷入了騙局，該騙局要求您投資並邀請您的朋友在虛假的第三方服務平台存款。存款後，您的資金將消失；</li><li>您的錢包私鑰洩露，導致錢包中資產被盜；</li></ul><p><br /></p>
<h1>2、如何舉報詐騙</h1>
<p><br />當您出現上述狀況後，可通過在線客服/郵件反饋資產被盜/被詐騙的情況，請您在確保完成MEXC賬戶認證（KYC）/提供真實身份信息的前提下，提供以下信息：</p>
<ul><li>被盜/被詐騙事情經過</li><li>提幣截圖</li><li>流向TxID</li><li>流向地址</li></ul>
<p>注意：受害人/舉報人必須在MEXC平台實名認證，保證所提供信息合法，無造假，捏造事實，誣陷他人等行為<br /><span class="wysiwyg-color-red">（注：客服人員在收到以上信息後，對於按照要求提供信息確認證明充分的，平台會根據查詢結果臨時凍結嫌疑賬戶。</span><br /><span class="wysiwyg-color-red">當事人/舉報人必須在提交資料後48小時之內報警，並提供警方受理案件的回執證明。未提供相應證明，平台將視情況解封凍結資金。 )</span></p>
