MEXC אינה אחראית לכל שינוי בערך התגמולים הנובע מתנודתיות השוק.</li><li>כל הזוכים בתגמולים כפופים לבדיקת סיכונים של MEXC לפני חלוקת התגמולים. משתמשים שלא יעברו את הביקורת לא יקבלו תגמולים והתגמולים לא יונפקו מחדש. MEXC שומרת לעצמה את הזכות להחלטה הסופית בכל הנוגע לחלוקת התגמולים.</li><li>במהלך תקופת האירוע, MEXC תבצע ניטור של פעילות המסחר כדי לזהות ולמנוע כל צורה של רמאות או התנהגות חריגה, כולל אך לא מוגבל ל: יצירת מספר חשבונות, שימוש בחשבון או במידע אישי של אדם אחר, מתן פרטי KYC שגויים, ניפוח מלאכותי של נתוני מסחר, ביצוע עסקאות Wash או Laundering, הפרת תנאי האירוע, הפרת דרישות רגולטוריות מקומיות, או מעורבות בכל פעילות בלתי חוקית, הונאה או מזיקה אחרת. אם תזוהה כל התנהגות מסוג זה, MEXC שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לפסול משתמשים מקבלת התגמולים.</li><li>אירוע זה אינו מהווה, ואין לראות בו, המלצה או ייעוץ השקעה לרכישה או מכירה של מוצרים כלשהם. נכסים דיגיטליים הם ספקולטיביים ובעלי תנודתיות גבוהה, ועשויים להפוך ללא נזילים בכל עת. הם מתאימים רק למשקיעים עם סבילות סיכון גבוהה, והמשקיעים עשויים להפסיד את כל ערך ההשקעה שלהם. כל המשתתפים אחראים אך ורק להחלטות ההשקעה שלהם, ו-MEXC אינה אחראית לכל הפסד שנגרם. ביצועים בעבר אינם מהווים אינדיקטור מהימן לתוצאות עתידיות. משתתפים צריכים להשקיע רק במוצרים שהם מבינים ובסיכוניהם הם מסוגלים לשאת. לפני ביצוע כל השקעה, על המשתתפים לשקול בקפידה את ניסיון ההשקעה שלהם, מצבם הכלכלי, מטרותיהם וסבילות הסיכון שלהם, ולפנות לייעוץ פיננסי עצמאי במידת הצורך.</li><li>MEXC שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לשנות או לעדכן את כללי האירוע בכל עת ללא הודעה נוספת, כולל אך לא מוגבל לביטול, הארכה או סיום האירוע, שינוי תנאי הזכאות למשתתפים באירוע, והתאמת כללי האירוע והתגמולים. כל המשתתפים יהיו מחויבים לתנאים המתוקנים הללו. במקרים שבהם הדבר אפשרי, MEXC תשתדל להודיע על שינויים מהותיים לפני כניסתם לתוקף. כאשר MEXC מפעילה שיקול דעת כלשהו לפי תנאים אלה, היא תעשה זאת באופן סביר.</li><li>MEXC שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לפרשנות סופית של אירוע זה. אם יש לך שאלות, אנא פנה לצוות שירות הלקוחות.</li><li>במקרה של כל חוסר התאמה או סתירה בין הגרסה האנגלית לכל תרגום, הגרסה האנגלית היא הקובעת.</li></ul>

Term&condition

  • Participation is limited to users from CIS countries and Ukraine. Users from other regions are not eligible for this campaign.
  • Only applicants who successfully register for the Ambassador Program will be included in the statistics.
  • To qualify for rewards, participants must complete KYC verification before the campaign ends.
  • Applicants must submit the official registration form and provide required details (including profile information, platform account, and recent livestream proof) in order to participate.
  • Only valid live trading activity will be counted. Fake data, wash trading, or any fabricated performance is strictly prohibited.
  • Rewards will be distributed within 10 working days after the campaign concludes.
  • Any behavior affecting fair competition among participants—including but not limited to falsifying statistics, unauthorized multi-account usage, self-trading, or market manipulation—will result in immediate disqualification.
