<title>Termene și condiții</title><ul><li>Prin participarea la acest eveniment, se consideră că utilizatorii au citit, înțeles și acceptat Termenele și condițiile evenimentului.</li><li>Participarea la acest eveniment este limitată doar la contul principal. Subconturile nu pot participa în calitate de conturi independente. Volumul de tranzacționare și datele aferente din subconturi vor fi combinate cu cele din contul principal pentru calculele finale.</li><li>Utilizatorii pot primi o singură recompensă pentru același tip de eveniment pe MEXC în aceeași perioadă.   • Registered users whose positions are liquidated during the event and incur a single-day total net liquidation loss of at least 2,000 USDT will have a chance to receive 20–2,000 USDT in Futures bonuses.
  • After registering for the event and opening a position during the event period, users are eligible for loss coverage on their first closed trade. Existing users can receive up to 50 USDT while new users can receive up to 100 USDT.
  • The daily liquidation coverage prize pool is 10,000 USDT, and the daily first-trade coverage prize pool is 25,000 USDT, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Event Rules

  1. Users must click the Register Now button on the event page to be eligible for the event.
  2. Users participating simultaneously in other similar MEXC events will be eligible to receive rewards from only one event.
  3. To qualify for first-trade loss coverage, users must complete Advanced KYC Verification before the event ends.
  4. During the event period, participants whose total net liquidation losses within a 24-hour period from 16:00 (UTC) to 15:59 (UTC) the next day, calculated as total liquidation losses for the day minus total profits for the day, meet the specified loss criteria will be eligible to receive the loss liquidation coverage.
  5. Daily liquidation coverage is capped at 10,000 USDT and distributed in order of largest liquidation losses. Once the event prize pool is depleted, no further rewards will be issued.
  6. During the event period, if a user's first closed position after registration results in a loss, the actual loss amount will be fully compensated, up to 50 USDT for existing users and up to 100 USDT for new users.
  7. A maximum of $25,000 in first-trade loss coverage will be distributed each day. Coverage will be made starting with the largest first-trade losses and proceeding in descending order. Once the total event prize pool is exhausted, no further rewards will be issued, and any subsequent eligible users will not receive compensation.
  8. Rewards will be issued in the form of Futures bonuses. For usage rules, please refer to Futures Bonus Usage Instructions.
  9. Sub-accounts, market makers and institutional users are not eligible for this event.
  10. Liquidation coverage and first-trade loss coverage are generally distributed by T+3 day following the end of each event day. If a new user's first-trade loss is ≤ 50 USDT, they can claim it via the Rewards Hub. If the loss exceeds 50 USDT, 50 USDT can be claimed immediately via the Rewards Hub, and the remaining amount will be distributed the following day.

Terms and Conditions

  • By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.
  • Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.
  • Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.
  • The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.
  • All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. MEXC retains the final decision on all matters of reward distribution.
  • During the event period, MEXC will monitor trading activity to detect and prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using another person's account or personal information, providing false KYC details, artificially inflating trading data, engaging in wash or laundering trades, violating the terms of the event, breaching local regulatory requirements, or engaging in any other unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. If any such conduct is identified, MEXC reserves the right to disqualify users from receiving rewards.
  • This event does not constitute, and should not be regarded as, a recommendation or investment advice to buy or sell any products. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, and may become illiquid at any time. All participants are solely responsible for their own investment decisions, and MEXC is not liable for any losses incurred. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms. Where practicable, MEXC will endeavor to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where MEXC exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.
