CZ Urges Coinbase to List BNB Chain Projects

  • CZ asked Coinbase to list BNB Chain projects, pointing to Binance listings of Base tokens.
  • Replies split over reciprocity, listing standards, and practical hurdles such as language and venue coverage.
  • Community posts cited Venus, Ren, MOBOX, Biswap, and BinaryX as BNB Chain projects not on Coinbase.

On October 16, 2025, Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) urged Coinbase to add more BNB Chain projects.

In a new X post, he noted that Binance has listed several tokens built on Base, Coinbase’s Ethereum layer-2, and said broader, cross-ecosystem inclusivity would benefit users and liquidity. He framed the message as a recommendation rather than a trade prompt.

CZ calls for Coinbase to add BNB Chain listings

Despite presenting the example of Binance listing Base projects, Zhao clarified that he is not suggesting a trade but only recommending. According to the Binance co-founder, the symbiosis is necessary, given the growing narrative of being open and inclusive. He further registered his belief that listing BNB Chain projects would be good for the Coinbase crypto exchange.

Zhao’s submission triggered a debate among the crypto community members, reflecting a sharp divide between those who supported his view and crypto users who disagreed with his opinion. For instance, several Zhao critics berated him for Binance adopting the same system that he criticized Coinbase for.

Community reaction split over motives, standards, and reciprocity

Hyperliquid supporters under Zhao’s post stated that Binance had not listed any project from the blockchain and asked Zhao to make that happen before recommending a similar procedure for Coinbase.

Meanwhile, a few respondents cited language barriers as a potential complication for listing several BNB Chain projects on Coinbase. According to them, it would be odd to have Chinese tickers on the American crypto exchange.

Although Zhao debunked most of the excuses presented by his critics on why he did not need to complain about Coinbase’s approach, a particular user recalled an old post where the former Binance CEO justified not listing projects.

In the highlighted post, Zhao attributed the non-listing of projects by crypto exchanges to their lack of standards. According to Zhao, it is crypto exchanges that aim to list strong projects. Hence, any project struggling to be listed needs to perform an inquest.

Top BNB Chain projects missing on Coinbase

For context, some of the top BNB Chain projects not listed on Coinbase include Venus, Ren, MOBOX, Biswap, and BinaryX. These are the projects with the highest TVL and currently gaining significant traction on the BNB Chain.

Only Pancakeswap, the lone BNB Chain project listed on Coinbase has a higher TVL than the above-listed solutions. Meanwhile, it is worth noting that these, and the other 1,200-plus projects on BNB Chain comprise the underlying factor behind BNB’s recent skyrocketing demand.

Data from TradingView reveals that BNB recently recorded a new all-time high following an impressive rally that saw the cryptocurrency reach $1,375 in a protracted bull run.

One Of Frank Sinatra’s Most Famous Albums Is Back In The Spotlight

The post One Of Frank Sinatra’s Most Famous Albums Is Back In The Spotlight appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Frank Sinatra’s The World We Knew returns to the Jazz Albums and Traditional Jazz Albums charts, showing continued demand for his timeless music. Frank Sinatra performs on his TV special Frank Sinatra: A Man and his Music Bettmann Archive These days on the Billboard charts, Frank Sinatra’s music can always be found on the jazz-specific rankings. While the art he created when he was still working was pop at the time, and later classified as traditional pop, there is no such list for the latter format in America, and so his throwback projects and cuts appear on jazz lists instead. It’s on those charts where Sinatra rebounds this week, and one of his popular projects returns not to one, but two tallies at the same time, helping him increase the total amount of real estate he owns at the moment. Frank Sinatra’s The World We Knew Returns Sinatra’s The World We Knew is a top performer again, if only on the jazz lists. That set rebounds to No. 15 on the Traditional Jazz Albums chart and comes in at No. 20 on the all-encompassing Jazz Albums ranking after not appearing on either roster just last frame. The World We Knew’s All-Time Highs The World We Knew returns close to its all-time peak on both of those rosters. Sinatra’s classic has peaked at No. 11 on the Traditional Jazz Albums chart, just missing out on becoming another top 10 for the crooner. The set climbed all the way to No. 15 on the Jazz Albums tally and has now spent just under two months on the rosters. Frank Sinatra’s Album With Classic Hits Sinatra released The World We Knew in the summer of 1967. The title track, which on the album is actually known as “The World We Knew (Over and…
