Key Insights:

  • Solana news highlights Pay.sh, enabling AI agents to pay APIs using stablecoins on Solana.
  • Google Cloud and Solana connected AI tools with direct per-request stablecoin payments.
  • x402 and stablecoin payments expand as AI agents automate API access and transactions.

Solana news gained attention after the Solana Foundation and Google Cloud launched Pay.sh, a stablecoin payment system for AI agents. The platform allows software agents to access and pay for APIs using Solana-based stablecoins.

According to Solana, the platform supports Google Cloud services, including Gemini, BigQuery, Vertex AI, and other APIs. The service also connects users to more than 50 community API providers across blockchain data, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, and AI services.

Pay.sh allows AI agents to discover APIs, check pricing, and complete payments directly through Solana wallets. The system processes payments on a per-request basis and supports transactions worth fractions of a cent.

Solana said the infrastructure operates through an API proxy hosted on Google Cloud.

The setup, based on the Solana news, uses a Solana wallet as both the identity and payment layer. As a result, AI agents can access backend services without creating traditional accounts or managing separate billing systems.

The structure also allows developers to charge for individual API calls instead of monthly subscriptions.

Solana News Highlights x402 and Machine Payments Protocol

The Pay.sh infrastructure uses x402, an open payment standard originally introduced at Coinbase before moving under the Linux Foundation.

The protocol uses the HTTP 402 “Payment Required” status code to enable direct internet payments through web requests.

Recent reports showed that Google, Stripe, AWS, Visa, and Mastercard support the x402 initiative through the Linux Foundation. The standard focuses on enabling AI-native internet payments without separate checkout systems or billing processes.

In addition to the Solana news, Pay.sh also integrates the Machine Payments Protocol developed by Tempo and Stripe.

The protocol provides another payment route for machine-to-machine commerce as firms continue testing automated payment systems for AI applications.

The launch adds Solana to the growing competition surrounding AI payment infrastructure and stablecoin payments. Solana’s low transaction costs and fast settlement speeds are among the reasons the network is used for small API transactions.

SOL Crypto Competition Around AI Payment Infrastructure Expands

The Solana news of Pay.sh launch follows several recent developments involving AI payment systems across the crypto sector.

Coinbase recently introduced Agentic.market, a marketplace where AI agents buy services using USDC through x402.

Previous reporting stated that x402 had already processed nearly 165 million transactions involving more than 480,000 transacting agents. Most of those transactions reportedly took place on Base, Coinbase’s Ethereum layer-2 network.

Apart from the Solana news, Google has also continued developing AI payment tools through its Agent Payments Protocol.

Earlier reports stated that Google launched AP2 with a crypto extension developed in collaboration with Coinbase, the Ethereum Foundation, and MetaMask.

The stablecoin payments sector has also expanded through other firms. MoonPay recently introduced MoonAgents Card, a virtual Mastercard product designed for AI-linked stablecoin spending directly from on-chain wallets.

One Of Frank Sinatra’s Most Famous Albums Is Back In The Spotlight

The post One Of Frank Sinatra’s Most Famous Albums Is Back In The Spotlight appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Frank Sinatra’s The World We Knew returns to the Jazz Albums and Traditional Jazz Albums charts, showing continued demand for his timeless music. Frank Sinatra performs on his TV special Frank Sinatra: A Man and his Music Bettmann Archive These days on the Billboard charts, Frank Sinatra’s music can always be found on the jazz-specific rankings. While the art he created when he was still working was pop at the time, and later classified as traditional pop, there is no such list for the latter format in America, and so his throwback projects and cuts appear on jazz lists instead. It’s on those charts where Sinatra rebounds this week, and one of his popular projects returns not to one, but two tallies at the same time, helping him increase the total amount of real estate he owns at the moment. Frank Sinatra’s The World We Knew Returns Sinatra’s The World We Knew is a top performer again, if only on the jazz lists. That set rebounds to No. 15 on the Traditional Jazz Albums chart and comes in at No. 20 on the all-encompassing Jazz Albums ranking after not appearing on either roster just last frame. The World We Knew’s All-Time Highs The World We Knew returns close to its all-time peak on both of those rosters. Sinatra’s classic has peaked at No. 11 on the Traditional Jazz Albums chart, just missing out on becoming another top 10 for the crooner. The set climbed all the way to No. 15 on the Jazz Albums tally and has now spent just under two months on the rosters. Frank Sinatra’s Album With Classic Hits Sinatra released The World We Knew in the summer of 1967. The title track, which on the album is actually known as “The World We Knew (Over and…
