OFFICIAL TRUMP (TRUMP) Tokenomics

The Official Trump token (TRUMP) is a Solana-based memecoin launched on January 17, 2025. The project is positioned as an expression of support for the ideals and beliefs associated with Donald J. Trump and is not intended to be an investment opportunity or security.

Issuance and Supply Mechanism

The TRUMP token has a fixed total supply of 1,000,000,000 (1 billion) tokens. The issuance was designed to have a circulating supply of 200 million tokens on day one, with the remaining supply scheduled to enter circulation over a three-year period.

The token was launched using the LFG stack, which includes a Dynamic Liquidity Market Maker (DLMM) pool and an Initial Liquidity Market (ILM) design, integrated with the Jupiter exchange on Solana.

Allocation Mechanism

The distribution of the 1 billion TRUMP tokens is heavily concentrated, with approximately 80% of the supply controlled by entities associated with the project's creators and the Trump organization.

Usage and Incentive Mechanism

The primary utility of the TRUMP token is speculative trading and as a symbol of community engagement. However, the project has introduced several specific incentive and reward structures:

• TRUMP Rewards Points: Holders can earn points linked to their token activity.
• Exclusive Events: The project organized a dinner with Donald J. Trump for the top 220 holders (based on average holdings between April 23 and May 12, 2025). The top 25 holders were granted access to a private VIP reception.
• NFT Rewards: Participants in the leaderboard competition received TRUMP-branded NFTs. A unique "TRUMP DIAMOND HAND" edition NFT was distributed to dinner attendees who maintained their token balance from the end of the competition until the event date.
• Airdrops: Community members who purchased official Trump merchandise (sneakers, watches, fragrances, or cards) prior to February 15, 2025, were eligible to claim 3 TRUMP tokens.
• Trading Revenue: CIC Digital LLC and Celebration Cards LLC (owners of Fight Fight Fight LLC) receive trading revenue derived from the activity of Trump Meme Cards.

Locking and Unlocking Mechanism

The majority of the token supply is subject to a multi-stage vesting schedule involving cliffs and linear daily unlocks over two years.

Initial Vesting Schedules

The locked tokens are distributed across six "Creators and CIC Digital" entities with varying cliff periods:

• Groups 1 & 4: 10% unlock after a 3-month cliff, followed by 24 months of daily linear vesting.
• Groups 2 & 5: 25% unlock after a 6-month cliff, followed by 24 months of daily linear vesting.
• Groups 3 & 6: 25% unlock after a 12-month cliff, followed by 24 months of daily linear vesting.

Lock-Up Extension

In April 2025, the team announced an extension to the original schedule. Tokens from the initial cliff and the subsequent three months of daily unlocks were remained locked for an additional 90 days. This affected approximately 40.4 million TRUMP (4% of total supply) that was originally scheduled for release around April 17, 2025.

Long-term Unlock Projection

The full release of the 1 billion tokens is scheduled to conclude by mid-2028. Once the vesting is complete, insiders and creators are projected to hold 80% of the total supply. Daily unlocks following the cliff periods are estimated at approximately $3.8 million worth of tokens entering the market daily.
