SPECIAL COVERAGE: Duterte’s pre-trial hearing at the ICC

MANILA, Philippines – Former Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte faces charges of crimes against humanity before the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, the Netherlands, where he has been detained since his arrest in Manila in March 2025.

The pre-trial hearings are scheduled for four days — February 23, 24, 26, and 27, from 5 pm to 10 pm, Manila time.
