NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Link Logistics (“Link” or the “Company”), a leading operator of last-mile logistics real estate and warehouse properties, today announced strategic leadership changes to advance the Company’s long-term growth trajectory:

  • Glenn Wylie has been promoted to executive vice president, head of Asset Management, where he will oversee industrial Leasing, Property Management and Construction Management across all of Link Logistics’ U.S. regions. Wylie previously led the Company’s East Region.
  • Jack Hennessey will transition to the newly created role of senior managing director, Industrial Outdoor Storage, overseeing Link Logistics’ growing portfolio in this asset class in partnership with the Company’s joint venture with Transport Properties, a firm specializing in developing and enhancing properties for trucks, trailers, buses, construction and materials storage. Hennessey previously led Link Logistics’ Central Region.

“These leadership changes will enable Link Logistics to capitalize on our next phase of growth,” said Luke J. Petherbridge, chief executive officer, Link Logistics. “Glenn’s exceptional track record in the East Region positions him to deliver even greater impact across our platform. Additionally, Jack’s successes in the Central Region make him well-suited to lead our expanding industrial outdoor storage portfolio.”

Additionally, Bud Pharris has departed Link Logistics after leading the Company’s West Region for more than five years.

“Bud leaves Link Logistics with an incredible legacy marked by strong results, meaningful contributions across the firm and a genuine commitment to our culture,” Petherbridge added. “I am grateful for the impact he has made and wish him every success in his next chapter.”
