During CES 2026, Yarbo presented the latest expansion of its modular yard robot ecosystem with the public debut of the Yarbo M Series. The company introduced its development roadmap and long-term vision for modular, intelligent yard robotics, marking a shift from a premium solution for large properties to a scalable, AI-powered ecosystem designed for everyday households.
Designed for Everyday Homes
The launch of the Yarbo M Series represents a strategic expansion of Yarbo’s product portfolio. While the original 2025 Yarbo version was designed as a solution for large yards and high-intensity use, the M Series introduces a compact, modular, all-season system tailored for typical residential homes. Positioned above traditional robotic mowers, the M Series helps define an emerging category: the modular yard robot system.
Yarbo’s M Series continues its commitment to a modular system, featuring one intelligent core and multiple interchangeable modules for year-round functionality. At its core, the M Series follows three clear design pillars:
- Faster setup and task completion: The onboarding process takes approximately 30 minutes, with quicker charging times and improved working efficiency.
- Compact size with strong performance: The M Series features a tracked design capable of climbing slopes up to 35° and towing loads of up to 220 lbs. An optional LiDAR upgrade enhances positioning and obstacle avoidance in low-light conditions.
- Versatile modular design for all-season use: The M Series Core currently supports several interchangeable modules, including the mower module, plow blade module, collector module, trimmer module, and smart assistant module.
Feedback at CES
Throughout the show, Yarbo’s booth attracted attention from the audience, industry professionals, and the media. Live demonstrations gave visitors a chance to see firsthand how a modular yard robot system can adapt to different environments, seasons, and yard sizes, sparking long and in-depth conversations on the show floor. Discussions naturally focused on the M Series’ faster and easier overall experience, its compact yet powerful performance compared to both the previous Yarbo robots and competitors, and the long-term value of Yarbo’s modular approach over traditional single-purpose machines. This highlighted what Yarbo has long been working toward: a modular, year-round yard robot ecosystem for smarter, more sustainable outdoor living.
Next Step: For Mainstream Homes
Following its showcase at CES 2026, Yarbo will launch the Yarbo M Series on Kickstarter in February 2026. This next step underscores the company’s mission to bring modular, all-season yard robotics into more mainstream households. With its more compact form factor and accessible design, the M Series expands the reach of Yarbo’s ecosystem beyond large properties, making intelligent, all-in-one yard care a practical reality for everyday homes.
