Amenexia introduces an AI-powered shopping assistant that operates 24/7, guiding customers through their online shopping journey and improving conversion rates for eCommerce stores.

— Amenexia, an innovative AI-powered digital shopping assistant, is officially entering the U.S. eCommerce market with a groundbreaking solution aimed at transforming online shopping experiences. The AI assistant is designed to provide seamless, human-like interaction for customers at every step of their journey, from product inquiries to checkout. Available 24/7, Amenexia ensures that online stores can engage with customers in real-time, offering personalized assistance and boosting conversion rates without the need for additional human staff.

Amenexia was concepted by Amenex CEO Igor Ilievski based on his 20 years of experience in the eCommerce world. The AI assistant integrates directly with existing eCommerce platforms and provides customers with instant, accurate responses to product-related questions, recommendations, and guidance, all delivered with the familiarity of a trusted sales associate.

“Online stores don’t lose customers because of bad products or ads,” said Ilievski. “They lose them in the final stages of the purchase journey when customers are left with unanswered questions. Simple concerns like ‘Will these jeans fit?’ or ‘What if I don’t like the product when it arrives?’ often go unaddressed, leading customers to abandon their carts. Amenexia eliminates that uncertainty and builds trust in real-time.”

A Seamless Integration for Enhanced Customer Experience

Amenexia is built to be fully compatible with various eCommerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce, as well as custom-built solutions. It functions as an interactive assistant that explains product features, guides customers through comparisons, and offers helpful suggestions, mimicking the experience of shopping in-store with a knowledgeable salesperson.

The AI assistant is capable of answering a wide range of product inquiries. For example, a customer on a skincare site might ask, “What’s the difference between these two serums?” Amenexia will provide detailed information on the ingredients, usage instructions, and help the shopper choose the best option based on their needs. Similarly, on electronics sites, the assistant can answer technical questions like “Will this work with my current setup?” by cross-referencing compatibility requirements and offering viable alternatives if necessary.

“Shopping online shouldn’t feel impersonal. Amenexia is designed to replicate that human interaction in a way that builds confidence with every click,” said Ilievski. “It’s about offering shoppers the reassurance they need when they’re uncertain, so they feel safe to make that purchase.”

The Evolution of Amenexia: A Long-Standing Commitment to eCommerce Innovation

Ilievski’s journey to Amenexia began in the early 2000s when he ran his first online store from his grandfather’s basement in Macedonia. After years of trial and error, Ilievski founded MKMage in 2004, a successful eCommerce agency that expanded to serve major U.S. and European brands. Over the next two decades, his team built and optimized hundreds of eCommerce stores, providing essential services like SEO, digital marketing, and integration with CRMs, ERPs, and other back-end systems.

Through this hands-on experience, Ilievski and his team identified a key pain point: while brands were able to drive traffic to their sites, they struggled with customer engagement and conversion. The inability to address customer questions and concerns in real-time led to lost sales. This realization led to the development of Amenexia, a solution to help brands bridge the gap between customer doubts and conversion.

“A lot of stores are great at driving traffic, but they fall short when it comes to converting that traffic into sales,” said Ilievski. “With Amenexia, we’re solving that problem by providing a solution that’s always available to answer questions and guide customers through their decision-making process.”

Humanizing the Digital Shopping Experience

While many companies focus on automating processes to cut costs, Ilievski believes that Amenexia’s true value lies in humanizing the online shopping experience. By providing personalized support and addressing customers’ concerns in real-time, Amenexia mimics the experience of in-store shopping, where shoppers can easily ask questions and receive immediate answers.

“AI isn’t just about cutting costs, it’s about enhancing the customer experience,” said Ilievski. “The key difference between a successful sale and a missed opportunity is often the presence of a trusted advisor. Amenexia brings that advisor into the online space, ensuring that every customer feels heard and supported at every stage of their shopping journey.”

Amenexia can handle multiple customer queries simultaneously, making it an ideal solution for eCommerce sites with high traffic volumes. Additionally, the AI assistant has the ability to remember returning customers, personalizing their experience based on previous interactions, and providing even greater convenience and satisfaction.

A Vision Recognized Globally: Amenexia’s Launch in the U.S.

Ilievski’s vision for Amenexia was recently recognized in Dubai, where he was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award in Technology at the prestigious BURJ CEO Awards. His recognition for contributions to eCommerce technology comes after two decades of shaping digital operations and online commerce.

Now, with Amenexia, Ilievski is focused on solving a critical problem in the U.S. eCommerce market, conversion. The U.S. market already boasts massive traffic to online stores, but Ilievski believes the real challenge lies in converting visitors into customers. Amenexia addresses this challenge by offering immediate, personalized assistance at the critical moment when customers are on the verge of making a purchase.

“The U.S. market is extremely competitive,” said Ilievski. “Many brands are already investing heavily in driving traffic, but conversion remains a significant challenge. Amenexia provides a solution that directly addresses this issue by engaging customers in real-time and ensuring their questions are answered before they leave the site.”

Fed Makes First Rate Cut of the Year, Lowers Rates by 25 Bps

Fed Makes First Rate Cut of the Year, Lowers Rates by 25 Bps

The post Fed Makes First Rate Cut of the Year, Lowers Rates by 25 Bps appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The Federal Reserve has made its first Fed rate cut this year following today’s FOMC meeting, lowering interest rates by 25 basis points (bps). This comes in line with expectations, while the crypto market awaits Fed Chair Jerome Powell’s speech for guidance on the committee’s stance moving forward. FOMC Makes First Fed Rate Cut This Year With 25 Bps Cut In a press release, the committee announced that it has decided to lower the target range for the federal funds rate by 25 bps from between 4.25% and 4.5% to 4% and 4.25%. This comes in line with expectations as market participants were pricing in a 25 bps cut, as against a 50 bps cut. This marks the first Fed rate cut this year, with the last cut before this coming last year in December. Notably, the Fed also made the first cut last year in September, although it was a 50 bps cut back then. All Fed officials voted in favor of a 25 bps cut except Stephen Miran, who dissented in favor of a 50 bps cut. This rate cut decision comes amid concerns that the labor market may be softening, with recent U.S. jobs data pointing to a weak labor market. The committee noted in the release that job gains have slowed, and that the unemployment rate has edged up but remains low. They added that inflation has moved up and remains somewhat elevated. Fed Chair Jerome Powell had also already signaled at the Jackson Hole Conference that they were likely to lower interest rates with the downside risk in the labor market rising. The committee reiterated this in the release that downside risks to employment have risen. Before the Fed rate cut decision, experts weighed in on whether the FOMC should make a 25 bps cut or…
