  • Afore XXI Banorte obtuvo por segundo trimestre consecutivo la calificación de diez en el IDATU de la CONDUSEF, reflejando su excelencia operativa.

Afore XXI Banorte refrenda su compromiso con el servicio de excelencia al obtener nuevamente una calificación perfecta en el Índice de Desempeño de Atención a Usuarios (IDATU) correspondiente al segundo trimestre de 2025. Este indicador, reportado por la Comisión Nacional para la Protección y Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros (CONDUSEF), evalúa la ejecución de las instituciones financieras en cuanto a atención, resolución de trámites y experiencia del usuario, posicionando a la Administradora al frente del sector.

Para alcanzar dicho resultado, XXI Banorte integró herramientas tecnológicas para agilizar la atención y reducir los tiempos de respuesta, colaborando de forma cercana con la CONDUSEF para mejorar los procesos administrativos de cara al cliente. Lo anterior valida el éxito de la estrategia implementada por XXI Banorte para ofrecer un servicio de excelencia priorizando la experiencia de sus cuentahabientes.

Además, esta calificación se suma a la sinergia estratégica que la Administradora mantiene con la CONDUSEF para impulsar materiales de Educación Financiera que permitan una mayor accesibilidad al Sistema de Ahorro para el Retiro, así como una mejor toma de decisiones, de manera que cada persona cuente con las herramientas necesarias para mejorar su futuro.
