McGhee brings more than two decades of experience across digital assets, derivatives, and regulated financial markets. He joins Apex from Crypto.com, where he served as EVP, Global Head of Capital Markets, spearheading the company’s expansion into prediction markets, retail self-directed equity trading, and regulated derivatives offering. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Nadex, a CFTC-regulated derivatives exchange, leading the organization through its acquisition by Crypto.com. His career also includes senior leadership roles at TradeStation, OptionsHouse, and TradeMonster, as well as experience on the trading floors of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

“Travis brings one of the most distinctive profiles in the digital assets and derivatives space,” said Bill Capuzzi, CEO of Apex. “His combination of regulatory expertise, exchange leadership, and deep knowledge of digital markets makes him exactly the right person to lead this next chapter for Apex. We are building infrastructure for the future of finance, and Travis will play a central role in shaping it.”

Advancing Apex’s Global Digital Markets Strategy

McGhee’s appointment signals Apex’s commitment to building the next generation of digital markets infrastructure for its clients. Digital assets are no longer a distant horizon, they’re converging with traditional markets now, and Apex is investing accordingly. Earlier this year, Apex announced the upcoming launch of Apex Prediction Markets, a turnkey solution enabling firms to offer CFTC-regulated event contract trading through the same Ascend infrastructure they already rely on for equities, ETFs, options, fixed income, mutual funds, and margin. McGhee will lead the broader effort to extend that foundation, developing Apex’s digital markets strategy, driving product expansion, advancing regulatory engagement, and building the partnerships needed to help clients compete in an increasingly complex market landscape.

“Apex has laid the foundation for the financial services landscape of tomorrow,” said McGhee. “I’m genuinely energized by the chance to help architect the next era of digital markets on that platform and to open up transformative new opportunities for Apex’s clients and their investors.”

Frank Sinatra performs on his TV special Frank Sinatra: A Man and his Music Bettmann Archive These days on the Billboard charts, Frank Sinatra’s music can always be found on the jazz-specific rankings. While the art he created when he was still working was pop at the time, and later classified as traditional pop, there is no such list for the latter format in America, and so his throwback projects and cuts appear on jazz lists instead. It’s on those charts where Sinatra rebounds this week, and one of his popular projects returns not to one, but two tallies at the same time, helping him increase the total amount of real estate he owns at the moment. Frank Sinatra’s The World We Knew Returns Sinatra’s The World We Knew is a top performer again, if only on the jazz lists. That set rebounds to No. 15 on the Traditional Jazz Albums chart and comes in at No. 20 on the all-encompassing Jazz Albums ranking after not appearing on either roster just last frame. The World We Knew’s All-Time Highs The World We Knew returns close to its all-time peak on both of those rosters. Sinatra’s classic has peaked at No. 11 on the Traditional Jazz Albums chart, just missing out on becoming another top 10 for the crooner. The set climbed all the way to No. 15 on the Jazz Albums tally and has now spent just under two months on the rosters. Frank Sinatra’s Album With Classic Hits Sinatra released The World We Knew in the summer of 1967. The title track, which on the album is actually known as “The World We Knew (Over and…
