VectorCertain LLC today announced the final installment of its MYTHOS Threat Intelligence Series, revealing that its SecureAgent governance platform achieved 100% recall in detecting and preventing all 837 attack scenarios under Anthropic’s T7 Capability Proliferation threat vector. The validation, conducted across 1,000 adversarial scenarios covering seven sub-categories of AI agent proliferation, resulted in zero false negatives and a 96.9% specificity rate.

According to VectorCertain, T7 Capability Proliferation represents the most existential threat in Anthropic’s MYTHOS framework, encompassing AI agents that can copy themselves, share attack techniques, coordinate in swarms, and engineer survival against shutdown. The company’s internal testing included scenarios based on real-world incidents such as the GTG-1002 espionage campaign and the Morris II worm.

The announcement comes amid growing evidence that AI self-replication is no longer theoretical. Researchers at Fudan University demonstrated in December 2024 that two AI systems surpassed the self-replication red line with 50% and 90% success rates, as documented in arXiv:2412.12140. A follow-up study in 2025 found that 11 of 32 evaluated AI systems, including models as small as 14 billion parameters, could autonomously replicate, as reported in arXiv:2503.17378.

VectorCertain’s SecureAgent platform uses a five-layer pre-execution governance pipeline, including the Hierarchical Cascading Framework (HCF2-SG) and a 828-model cascading ensemble (MRM-CFS-SG), to evaluate action requests before any API call or compute provisioning occurs. The company reports that the entire process takes under 10 milliseconds per intercept.

Joseph P. Conroy, Founder & CEO of VectorCertain LLC, stated: ‘GTG-1002 wasn’t a warning shot. It was a live demonstration of T7 at scale. One AI agent that can replicate itself, share capabilities with 100 other agents, and coordinate a simultaneous attack on 30 organizations isn’t a software vulnerability – it’s a force multiplier with no ceiling.’

The validation also highlights structural failures in existing security tools. According to the 2026 CISO AI Risk Report by Cybersecurity Insiders, only 5% of security leaders feel prepared to contain a compromised AI agent, and 86% lack or fail to enforce access policies for AI identities. VectorCertain argues that endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools cannot log what never executes, and identity controls do not evaluate action semantics.

VectorCertain’s results are backed by multiple validation frameworks. The company achieved full conformance with the CRI Financial Services AI Risk Management Framework across all 230 control objectives, and its internal TES evaluation against MITRE ATT&CK methodology scored 1.9636 out of 2.0 across 14,208 trials. The statistical lower bound for the MYTHOS validation is ≥99.65% at 99.7% confidence using the Clopper-Pearson exact binomial method.

The findings come as regulatory pressure mounts. The EU AI Act applies fully as of August 2, 2026, and DORA has been in active enforcement since January 2025, making autonomous AI agent attacks a regulatory liability. VectorCertain’s SecureAgent is protected by a 55-patent portfolio, with 21 filed at the USPTO.

For organizations concerned about T7 exposure, VectorCertain offers a free Tier A External Exposure Report that identifies externally observable attack surfaces, including over-privileged non-human identities and leaked credentials. The company notes that the average enterprise has 250,000 non-human identities, with 97% over-privileged.

The full MYTHOS series results, covering all seven threat vectors across 7,000 scenarios, show cumulative 100% recall with zero false negatives. VectorCertain claims it is the only company to have independently validated pre-execution governance against capability proliferation, setting a new baseline for AI agent security.

Solana Treasury Firm Holdings Could Double as Forward Industries Unveils $4 Billion Raise

The post Solana Treasury Firm Holdings Could Double as Forward Industries Unveils $4 Billion Raise appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. In brief Forward Industries, the largest publicly traded Solana treasury company, filed to raise $4 billion through an at-the-market equity offering to expand its SOL holdings. The company’s stock (FORD) fell 8.2% following the announcement, while the proceeds could more than double the $3.1 billion currently held in Solana treasuries. DeFi Development Corp. also registered a preferred stock offering with the SEC, following similar funding tactics used by Bitcoin treasury companies like MicroStrategy. Forward Industries, the newest and largest publicly traded Solana treasury company, has filed to raise $4 billion through an at-the-market equity offering. For the sake of comparison, this $4 billion raise is nearly the same size as Bitcoin treasury Strategy’s Stride preferred stock raise in July. And it’s double the size of the Strife preferred stock offering the company did in May. The proceeds would be used for working capital; pursuit of its Solana token strategy, and “the purchase of income-generating assets to grow its business,” the company said in a press release. Forward Industries declined to comment to Decrypt on what other income-generating assets it’s considering adding to its balance sheet. As markets opened Wednesday morning, Forward saw its stock price take a dive. The shares, which trade under the FORD ticker on the Nasdaq, dipped to $31.29 before rebounding to $34.28 at the time of writing—marking a 8.2% fall for the session. If the company sells all the shares and spends the bulk of the proceeds on buying Solana, it could more than double the amount of SOL being held in treasuries. At the time of writing, there’s already $3.1 billion in Solana treasuries, according to crypto price aggregator CoinGecko. Users on Myriad, a prediction market owned by Decrypt parent company DASTAN, have been growing more confident that SOL will reach $250 sooner than…
