Mark Zuckerberg is building a digital version of himself — and Meta employees may soon be taking advice from it.

Meta is developing an AI character modeled on its CEO that can hold conversations and offer guidance to staff, according to the Financial Times. The character is being trained on Zuckerberg’s mannerisms, tone, and publicly available statements, as well as his thinking on recent company strategy.

Zuckerberg is personally involved in training and testing the AI. The goal is to give employees a way to ask questions and get answers that feel like they’re coming straight from the founder — without needing a meeting.

The project is still in early stages. But it fits into a much larger push Meta has been making into AI-driven tools, both for its products and for how the company itself runs.

What the AI Zuckerberg Is Actually Designed to Do

In large companies, access to top leadership is limited. Most employees never get direct time with a CEO. Meta appears to be testing a way to change that — at scale.

Instead of waiting for a memo or an all-hands meeting, employees could interact with a digital Zuckerberg whenever they need direction. The AI would respond based on how the real Zuckerberg thinks and communicates.

The company has been working on photorealistic 3D AI characters for some time. These characters can respond in real time, though the computing power required has made the effort difficult to scale so far.

Back in 2023, Meta launched AI chatbots based on celebrity personalities. It then introduced AI Studio, a tool that lets users build their own digital characters. The Zuckerberg AI appears to be the next step in that direction, just pointed inward at Meta’s own workforce.

What’s Happening Inside Meta Right Now

Zuckerberg has taken a notably hands-on role in Meta’s AI work lately. Reports say he is spending five to ten hours a week coding and personally reviewing AI projects.

Meta recently launched Muse Spark, a smaller AI model built for use across its platforms. The stock rose 7% the day that model was announced.

Employees across the company are being asked to build their own AI agents to automate tasks. Some staff have also been asked to complete a “skills baseline exercise” that includes system design and what Meta calls “vibe coding.”

While Meta describes the exercise as a training tool, some employees worry it could be tied to future job decisions. That tension sits alongside genuine excitement about what the AI tools can do.

The company is competing directly with Alphabet and OpenAI in the broader AI race, and these internal efforts are part of how Meta is trying to keep pace.

On Wall Street, META holds a Strong Buy consensus. Of 45 analyst ratings, 39 are Buys and 6 are Holds. The average price target sits at $847.70, which implies roughly 34.6% upside from current levels.

One Of Frank Sinatra’s Most Famous Albums Is Back In The Spotlight

The post One Of Frank Sinatra’s Most Famous Albums Is Back In The Spotlight appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Frank Sinatra’s The World We Knew returns to the Jazz Albums and Traditional Jazz Albums charts, showing continued demand for his timeless music. Frank Sinatra performs on his TV special Frank Sinatra: A Man and his Music Bettmann Archive These days on the Billboard charts, Frank Sinatra’s music can always be found on the jazz-specific rankings. While the art he created when he was still working was pop at the time, and later classified as traditional pop, there is no such list for the latter format in America, and so his throwback projects and cuts appear on jazz lists instead. It’s on those charts where Sinatra rebounds this week, and one of his popular projects returns not to one, but two tallies at the same time, helping him increase the total amount of real estate he owns at the moment. Frank Sinatra’s The World We Knew Returns Sinatra’s The World We Knew is a top performer again, if only on the jazz lists. That set rebounds to No. 15 on the Traditional Jazz Albums chart and comes in at No. 20 on the all-encompassing Jazz Albums ranking after not appearing on either roster just last frame. The World We Knew’s All-Time Highs The World We Knew returns close to its all-time peak on both of those rosters. Sinatra’s classic has peaked at No. 11 on the Traditional Jazz Albums chart, just missing out on becoming another top 10 for the crooner. The set climbed all the way to No. 15 on the Jazz Albums tally and has now spent just under two months on the rosters. Frank Sinatra’s Album With Classic Hits Sinatra released The World We Knew in the summer of 1967. The title track, which on the album is actually known as “The World We Knew (Over and…
