Unable to Upload Photos During KYC
During the KYC verification process, some users may encounter issues uploading photos. This is usually caused by one of the following reasons:
1)The image format or size does not meet the requirements: Please make sure the uploaded photo is in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format, and the file size must be less than 5 MB.
2)The document information does not match the account information: The uploaded document must be your own valid identity document, and the name must match the information registered on your account.
3)The network connection is unstable: Network fluctuations may interrupt the upload process. It is recommended to switch to a stable network environment and try again.
