Yorkville America Equities, the asset manager behind a string of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) tied to U.S. President Donald Trump’s Truth Social brand, on Friday filed to list a Bitcoin and Ether ETF and a staking-focused Cronos fund.

Truth Social Seeks SEC Nod To Launch Bitcoin, Ethereum, And Cronos ETFs

The Truth Social Bitcoin and Ether ETF is a joint ETF designed to track the performance of the top two crypto assets by market cap, with a roughly 60-40 BTC-ETH split.

The firm is also pursuing plans to introduce a Truth Social Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF, designed to invest in and track the native token of Crypto.com, which maintains a longstanding association with the Trump business network.

Crypto.com will act as the digital asset custodian, liquidity provider, and staking services provider for both the Truth Social Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF and Truth Social Bitcoin and Ether ETF.

“We are pleased to be selected to provide digital asset custody, liquidity, and staking services for these new Truth Social Funds ETFs,” said Crypto.com co-founder and CEO Kris Marszalek, in a statement. “These two digital asset ETFs have a strong value proposition that Crypto.com is supportive of and look forward to providing traders access to.”

The Cronos-focused ETF stands out due to its planned incorporation of staking rewards, which are generally obtained by participating in the validation process of proof-of-stake networks such as Cronos. This structure could position the fund as a yield-oriented offering in a market that remains largely dominated by passive spot ETFs.

Truth Social initially indicated its entry into the cryptocurrency investment space in June 2025 by submitting an S-1 registration statement for a spot Bitcoin ETF under its brand. This was followed by a July 2025 filing for a crypto Blue Chip ETF, which includes BTC and ETH as well as Solana (SOL), the Ripple-linked XRP, and CRO. To date, neither fund has been launched.

While the SEC has accelerated its review of cryptocurrency ETF applications, the regulator postponed decisions on several proposals — including Truth Social’s filings — in August. To date, only a limited number of funds incorporating staking mechanisms have secured approval, and ETFs tied to smaller-cap altcoins continue to face greater regulatory hurdles.

If approved, the proposed Truth Social ETFs would carry a management fee of 0.95%. Transactions for the funds would be handled through Foris Capital US LLC, the SEC-registered broker-dealer associated with Crypto.com.

Is Patrick Schwarzenegger In ‘Gen V’ Season 2? Why He Doesn’t Return

The post Is Patrick Schwarzenegger In ‘Gen V’ Season 2? Why He Doesn’t Return appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Patrick Schwarzenegger as Luke Riordan/Golden Boy and Maddie Phillips as Cate Dunlap on season one of “Gen V.” Brooke Palmer/Prime Video Warning: Spoilers ahead for season two, episodes one through three of Gen V. Gen V is back for season two, and fans of Patrick Schwarzenegger’s Golden Boy might be disappointed to learn that he’s not part of the latest installment. Schwarzenegger starred as Luke Riordan/Golden Boy, the No.1 student at Godolkin University, on season one of the college-set spinoff of The Boys. His powers included manipulating fire, engulfing his body in flames, superhuman strength and flying. He had a promising future ahead of him and was even poised to be part of the premier supe group known as The Seven. But in a twist, at the end of the first episode, Luke flamed up and flew into the sky, committing suicide by using his powers and exploding. Still, Schwarzenegger appeared throughout the remainder of the season in flashbacks, a video message, his younger brother Sam Riordan’s (Asa Germann) hallucinations and in Cate Dunlap’s (Maddie Phillips) memories during episode six. It’s natural to wonder if Schwarzenegger would reprise the role in some capacity in season two, but the actor already explained why fans wouldn’t see him this time around. Schwarzengger Missed Out On Season 2 Of Gen V Because Of Scheduling Conflicts With The White Lotus Patrick Schwarzenegger as Luke Riordan/Golden Boy and Jaz Sinclair as Marie Moreau on season one of “Gen V.” Brooke Palmer/Prime Video Long before the release of season two of Gen V, Schwarzengger revealed that he couldn’t return because he was filming season three of HBO’s The White Lotus.
