This year’s Super Bowl was marked with a flamboyant performance by Bad Bunny, a Seattle Seahawks victory over the New England Patriots & way less crypto ads than the year before. However, Coinbase’s nostalgic Backstreet Boys “Everybody” sing-along stood out from the crowd. Most of the tech-related ads were rather focused on artificial intelligence (AI), but Coinbase’s low-definition graphics retro-style advertisement has caught the public’s eye for all the wrong reasons.
