New Horizon Medical Solutions has announced a strategic collaboration with Soring, the U.S. affiliate of German medical technology company Söring, to distribute an ultrasonic wound debridement system designed to enhance wound care treatment. The partnership focuses on expanding access to the Söring Ultrasonic-Assisted Wound debridement system, which consists of an ultrasonic generator and instrument intended for cleansing chronic and acute wounds by removing fibrin tissues and breaking up biofilms.

The technology targets various wound types including diabetic foot syndrome, decubitus ulcers, burns, post-surgical wounds, and post-traumatic wounds. According to Jeffrey Alan Niezgoda, MD, Chief Medical Officer of Kent Imaging and board member of NHMS, combining the SONOCA 185 and UAW instruments with existing wound management technologies can significantly improve wound bed preparation and patient outcomes. ‘These devices synergistically optimize wound bed preparation prior to CAMPs application,’ Niezgoda stated regarding the integrated approach to wound care.

Will Hall, CEO of New Horizon Medical Solutions, emphasized that the collaboration reflects the company’s commitment to combining advanced technology with evidence-based clinical solutions. ‘By bringing Söring’s ultrasonic system into our portfolio, we’re expanding access to innovative tools that address critical gaps in treatment while improving efficiency and outcomes across care settings,’ Hall explained. The partnership aims to enhance wound management capabilities in various medical environments through this technology integration.

The Söring system represents specialized ultrasonic technology for tissue resection and ablation, developed by a company founded in 1985 and headquartered in Germany. According to company information available at https://www.soering.com, Söring focuses on making surgical procedures more efficient, safer, and easier to perform through intuitive user experience and direct service support. New Horizon Medical Solutions, known for its biologically derived human placental allograft products including amniotic membranes, placental tissues, and skin grafts, views this collaboration as expanding its advanced wound care technology portfolio.

The ultrasonic debridement system works by improving wound status and promoting healing through the removal of necroses, fibrin, scab, and pus. Medical professionals can learn more about wound care technologies through resources at https://www.nhmedical.com, though the companies emphasize they remain independent contracting parties without an agency relationship. This collaboration represents a significant development in wound care technology integration, potentially addressing treatment gaps in managing complex wounds across different healthcare settings.

The post The Manchester City Donnarumma Doubters Have Missed Something Huge appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. MANCHESTER, ENGLAND – SEPTEMBER 14: Gianluigi Donnarumma of Manchester City celebrates the second City goal during the Premier League match between Manchester City and Manchester United at Etihad Stadium on September 14, 2025 in Manchester, England. (Photo by Visionhaus/Getty Images) Visionhaus/Getty Images For a goalkeeper who’d played an influential role in the club’s first-ever Champions League triumph, it was strange to see Gianluigi Donnarumma so easily discarded. Soccer is a brutal game, but the sudden, drastic demotion of the Italian from Paris Saint-Germain’s lineup for the UEFA Super Cup clash against Tottenham Hotspur before he was sold to Manchester City was shockingly brutal. Coach Luis Enrique isn’t a man who minces his words, so he was blunt when asked about the decision on social media. “I am supported by my club and we are trying to find the best solution,” he told a news conference. “It is a difficult decision. I only have praise for Donnarumma. He is one of the very best goalkeepers out there and an even better man. “But we were looking for a different profile. It’s very difficult to take these types of decisions.” The last line has really stuck, especially since it became clear that Manchester City was Donnarumma’s next destination. Pep Guardiola, under whom the Italian will be playing this season, is known for brutally axing goalkeepers he didn’t feel fit his profile. The most notorious was Joe Hart, who was jettisoned many years ago for very similar reasons to Enrique. So how can it be that the Catalan coach is turning once again to a so-called old-school keeper? Well, the truth, as so often the case, is not quite that simple. As Italian soccer expert James Horncastle pointed out in The Athletic, Enrique’s focus on needing a “different profile” is overblown. Lucas Chevalier,…

DeFi Technologies' Valour Launches New Bitcoin-Collateralized ETP on London Stock Exchange

PANews reported on September 19th that, as the UK gradually relaxes restrictions on digital assets, Valour, a subsidiary of DeFi Technologies, launched a Bitcoin-collateralized ETP on the London Stock Exchange, offering investors the opportunity to earn cryptocurrency returns. This Bitcoin-collateralized ETP offers an annual yield of 1.4%, backed by Bitcoin held in cold wallets and secured by multi-party computation (MCP) technology. Currently, this new Bitcoin-collateralized ETP is only available to institutional and professional investors. The UK will allow retail investors to purchase cryptocurrency ETNs again on October 8, lifting a ban in place since 2021. The announcement did not specify how returns will be generated. However, another Bitcoin ETP listed by Valour on a French exchange generates Bitcoin returns by delegating tokens on Core Chain.
