PANews reported on February 6th that Dr. Han, founder and CEO of Gate, shared his long-term vision for talent strategy and compliance development with all employees at the global annual meeting on February 6th. According to attendees, Dr. Han pointed out that looking towards 2026-2027, online work, remote collaboration, and high self-motivation will become the norm.
He stated that Gate will continue to reduce inefficient communication, decrease the size and frequency of meetings, encourage efficient team collaboration, and advocate for a results- and accountability-oriented work style. Regarding AI, Dr. Han believes that technology will reshape numerous jobs, and employees need to learn how to effectively utilize AI and become leaders in its application.

In terms of talent management, Gate adheres to the incentive principle of "high contribution, high reward," promoting a positive cycle of personal growth and platform development through a more transparent evaluation mechanism and clear career paths. Resources are allocated with elite talent and long-term value as the core principles. Dr. Han revealed at the annual meeting that Gate continues to increase its incentives for outstanding talent; this year, employees who received an SS rating will receive a year-end bonus equivalent to 20 months' salary, fully demonstrating the company's high recognition of high-performing talent.
Regarding compliance, Dr. Han emphasized that compliance capabilities have become a crucial foundation for the platform's stable operation and global expansion. Gate will continue to advance its global compliance strategy, maintaining a balance between innovation and stability to provide greater certainty for business and team development.
