Send Help, Sam Raimi’s new film starring Rachel McAdams and Dylan O’Brien, is new in theaters. When will it be available to stream at home?

Rated R, Send Help opens in theaters nationwide. The official summary for the film reads, “Send Help is a survival horror thriller about two colleagues (McAdams and O’Brien) who become stranded on a deserted island, the only survivors of a plane crash. On the island, they must overcome past grievances and work together to survive, but ultimately, it’s a battle of wills and wits to make it out alive.”

Directed by Raimi and written by Damian Shannon and Mark Swift, Send Help also stars Edyll Ismail, Dennis Haysbert, Xavier Samuel, Chris Pang, Thaneth Warakulnukroh and Emma Raimi.

The first place Send Help will appear in the home entertainment marketplace is on digital streaming via premium video on demand. Much like its parent company, Disney, Send Help’s studio, 20th Century Studios, has a two-month window between its premiere date in theaters and the day it arrives on PVOD.

For example, the 20th Century Studios release The Amateur, a spy thriller starring Rami Malek and Laurence Fishburne, opened in theaters on April 11, 2025, and arrived on PVOD on June 10. More recently, the Bruce Springsteen biopic Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere opened in theaters on Oct. 24, 2025, before making its PVOD debut on Dec. 23.

If Send Help follows the same release pattern, the film should be available on PVOD on March 31, since new digital releases typically come out on Tuesdays.

When Send Help arrives on PVOD, it will be available on such digital platforms as Apple TV, Fandango at Home, Prime Video and YouTube Movies & TV. Generally, new PVOD releases are available to purchase for anywhere from $19.99 to $29.99 or rent for anywhere from $14.99 to $24.99 for 48 hours.

Which Streaming Service Will Get ‘Send Help’ First?

Since Disney is the parent company of 20th Century Studios, Send Help will make its streaming video on demand debut on Hulu on Disney+.

Typically, it takes three months from the time 20th Century Studios films open in theaters to the day it arrives on SVOD on Hulu on Disney+.

For example, The Amateur arrived on Hulu on Disney+ on July 17, 2025, just over three months after it opened in theaters on April 11. More recently, Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere arrived on the streaming platform on Jan. 23, a day shy of three months after it opened in theaters on Oct. 24, 2025.

Should Send Help follow the same release pattern, it should arrive on Hulu on Disney+ on May 1, since new SVOD movie releases typically arrive on the platform on Fridays.

Send Help opens in theaters nationwide on Friday.

Saudi Awwal Bank has added Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) and the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE) to its digital strategy. CCIP links assets and data across multiple blockchains, while CRE provides banks with a controlled framework to test and deploy new financial applications. The lender, with more than $100 billion in assets, is applying the tools to tokenized assets, cross-border settlement, and automated credit platforms. The move signals that Chainlink’s infrastructure is being adopted at scale inside regulated finance.
