The Pittsburgh-based firm joins Bluespring’s community of high-performing, entrepreneurially minded, client-centric advisory firms

AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Bluespring Wealth Partners (Bluespring), a leading acquirer of RIAs and wealth management firms, today announced its partnership with wealth management firm Coghill Investment Strategies. Through this acquisition, Pittsburgh-based Coghill Investment Strategies is now part of Bluespring’s community of high-performing advisory firms. Financial professionals with Coghill Investment Strategies oversee approximately $600 million in assets under management.

A 40-year industry veteran, Carrie Coghill founded the firm in 2011 with her two current partners, Michael Cooley and Shana Bielich, who bring 30+ and 25+ years’ experience respectively. This new partnership marks another step in strengthening the team’s advisory and leadership structure.

Today, Coghill Investment Strategies is recognized for its personalized approach to wealth management. The firm anchors its practice on generational wealth management, providing specialized guidance for business owners and executives through tax-efficient strategies, while offering dedicated support for individuals navigating life transitions.

“For us, this partnership was about creating a structure that supports growth while preserving our culture and commitment to clients,” said Coghill. “When thinking about the future of our business, my partners and I were intentional about aligning with an organization that shares our values, provides strategic support, and creates opportunities for our team while ensuring top-tier service for the clients who have trusted us for decades.”

Coghill Investment Strategies is routinely recognized as part of Forbes’ Best-In-State lists, with the firm ranking as both a 2024 and 2025 Best-In-State Wealth Management Team. Coghill herself was also recognized as part of the 2025 Best-In-State Wealth Advisor list and as a 2024 Top Women Wealth Advisor. She is also a frequent contributor across other local and national media outlets, including Barron’s and CNBC.

In addition, Coghill is the author of multiple personal finance books, including “What’s Your Investing IQ?” and “The Newlyweds’ Guide to Investing & Personal Finance.” She also serves on the Board of the Magee Women’s Research Institute & Foundation, focused on advancing women’s health research and fundraising efforts, and brought the national “Women on Boards” initiative to Pittsburgh – a campaign aiming to increase female representation on corporate boards to 20% by 2020 and beyond.

“We are excited to welcome Carrie and the entire Coghill team to Bluespring,” said Pradeep Jayaraman, President of Bluespring Wealth Partners. “Carrie and her team have built an exceptional firm defined by deep relationships, strong values, and intentional multi-generational leadership. Their focus on continuity and client outcomes aligns perfectly with how Bluespring measures success across our partner firms and we look forward to working with Carrie and her team to continue their legacy.”

This announcement follows a strong 2025 for Bluespring, totaling more than $6 billion in assets under management. In 2026, Bluespring Wealth Partners continues to expand its community by partnering with firms that share its vision for driving long-term, intentional growth while remaining highly focused on client success.

“Our goal is not to scale for scale’s sake,” added Jayaraman. “It is to partner with firms that have earned trust over decades and to help them extend their legacy while creating new opportunities for their people and clients.”

Michael Saylor Pushes Digital Capital Narrative At Bitcoin Treasuries Unconference

The post Michael Saylor Pushes Digital Capital Narrative At Bitcoin Treasuries Unconference appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The suitcoiners are in town.  From a low-key, circular podium in the middle of a lavish New York City event hall, Strategy executive chairman Michael Saylor took the mic and opened the Bitcoin Treasuries Unconference event. He joked awkwardly about the orange ties, dresses, caps and other merch to the (mostly male) audience of who’s-who in the bitcoin treasury company world.  Once he got onto the regular beat, it was much of the same: calm and relaxed, speaking freely and with confidence, his keynote was heavy on the metaphors and larger historical stories. Treasury companies are like Rockefeller’s Standard Oil in its early years, Michael Saylor said: We’ve just discovered crude oil and now we’re making sense of the myriad ways in which we can use it — the automobile revolution and jet fuel is still well ahead of us.  Established, trillion-dollar companies not using AI because of “security concerns” make them slow and stupid — just like companies and individuals rejecting digital assets now make them poor and weak.  “I’d like to think that we understood our business five years ago; we didn’t.”  We went from a defensive investment into bitcoin, Saylor said, to opportunistic, to strategic, and finally transformational; “only then did we realize that we were different.” Michael Saylor: You Come Into My Financial History House?! Jokes aside, Michael Saylor is very welcome to the warm waters of our financial past. He acquitted himself honorably by invoking the British Consol — though mispronouncing it, and misdating it to the 1780s; Pelham’s consolidation of debts happened in the 1750s and perpetual government debt existed well before then — and comparing it to the gold standard and the future of bitcoin. He’s right that Strategy’s STRC product in many ways imitates the consols; irredeemable, perpetual debt, issued at par, with…
