DENVER, Colo., Nov. 21, 2025 — MOZAFX, a global multi-asset trading platform, today announced a significant upgrade to its regulatory compliance and oversight system, aligning its operations with stringent U.S. institutional standards. This initiative underscores MOZAFX’s commitment to the highest levels of transparency, security, and ethical conduct. By bolstering its compliance framework, the company aims to strengthen trust and credibility among investors, regulators, and financial partners worldwide.

Key Compliance Enhancements:

MOZAFX’s enhanced oversight system introduces several new safeguards and industry best practices designed to meet or exceed U.S. regulatory expectations. Key features of the upgraded compliance framework include:

  • FinCEN/OFAC Alignment: Adherence to guidelines from the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), ensuring rigorous sanctions screening and reporting protocols.
  • Robust KYC/AML Protocols: Strengthened Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money

Laundering (AML) procedures to verify client identities and proactively detect and prevent illicit financial activities.

  • Segregated Client Accounts: Strict segregation of client funds into separate accounts, providing

enhanced protection of customer assets and clear demarcation from the company’s operating capital.

  • Independent Third-Party Audits: Regular audits by external independent firms to verify

MOZAFX’s compliance processes and financial integrity, reinforcing transparency and accountability.

  • AI-Powered Trade Surveillance: Deployment of advanced AI-driven trade surveillance systems

for real-time monitoring of trading activities, enabling early detection of suspicious transactions or market manipulation attempts.

“This strategic compliance upgrade marks a major milestone in MOZAFX’s growth,” said Michael Carter, Chief Executive Officer of MOZAFX. “By aligning our oversight and risk management with U.S. institutional standards, we are demonstrating the same level of rigor and maturity expected from established global financial institutions. We have invested in state-of-the-art systems and independent oversight to ensure that MOZAFX remains a leader in transparency, integrity, and client protection. Our clients, regulators, and partners can trust that we operate with the utmost diligence in safeguarding the financial ecosystem.”

This comprehensive overhaul of compliance comes at a time of heightened global regulatory scrutiny in the fintech and trading industry. MOZAFX’s proactive measures not only meet current regulatory requirements but also position the firm for future changes in the regulatory landscape. Aligning with top- tier compliance standards is a strategic move that facilitates stronger partnerships with banks and institutional investors, and ensures smoother regulatory approvals as MOZAFX expands into new markets. By exceeding baseline compliance obligations, MOZAFX is enhancing its institutional credibility and operational resilience, laying a robust foundation for long-term, sustainable growth.

The post Franklin Templeton CEO Dismisses 50bps Rate Cut Ahead FOMC appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Franklin Templeton CEO Jenny Johnson has weighed in on whether the Federal Reserve should make a 25 basis points (bps) Fed rate cut or 50 bps cut. This comes ahead of the Fed decision today at today’s FOMC meeting, with the market pricing in a 25 bps cut. Bitcoin and the broader crypto market are currently trading flat ahead of the rate cut decision. Franklin Templeton CEO Weighs In On Potential FOMC Decision In a CNBC interview, Jenny Johnson said that she expects the Fed to make a 25 bps cut today instead of a 50 bps cut. She acknowledged the jobs data, which suggested that the labor market is weakening. However, she noted that this data is backward-looking, indicating that it doesn’t show the current state of the economy. She alluded to the wage growth, which she remarked is an indication of a robust labor market. She added that retail sales are up and that consumers are still spending, despite inflation being sticky at 3%, which makes a case for why the FOMC should opt against a 50-basis-point Fed rate cut. In line with this, the Franklin Templeton CEO said that she would go with a 25 bps rate cut if she were Jerome Powell. She remarked that the Fed still has the October and December FOMC meetings to make further cuts if the incoming data warrants it. Johnson also asserted that the data show a robust economy. However, she noted that there can’t be an argument for no Fed rate cut since Powell already signaled at Jackson Hole that they were likely to lower interest rates at this meeting due to concerns over a weakening labor market. Notably, her comment comes as experts argue for both sides on why the Fed should make a 25 bps cut or…
