In a little less than a month, the third installment in the Avatar film franchise, named Avatar: Fire and Ash, will hit theaters globally. Expectations for the project are high, as the first two movies collectively brought in more than $5 billion at the global box office.

After multiple delays, the latest Avatar film could become another blockbuster, and James Cameron and his team are looking for the production to touch people’s lives across all forms of media, including music. Each of the Avatar films has come with a song by a major star that is included in the awards campaign, and Avatar: Fire and Ash is no different. Miley Cyrus stepped up to lend her fame and talent to the hugely successful franchise, and she scores a new minor hit in the United Kingdom this week as “Dream as One” debuts.

“Dream as One” by Miley Cyrus Launches Quietly

Cyrus dropped her single “Dream as One” a short time ago to hype the world for the upcoming Avatar movie. The track gets off to a quiet start on a pair of charts in the U.K. this time around, thanks entirely to fans of both the singer and the movies purchasing the tune. “Dream as One” opens at No. 53 on the Official Singles Downloads list and at No. 58 on the Official Singles Sales roster.

Miley Cyrus Recruited Previous Oscar Winners for Help

Cyrus is not just the voice behind “Dream as One” – she’s also credited as both a songwriter and producer. Joining her in crafting the production are Andrew Wyatt and Mark Ronson, as well as Simon Franglen, who composed the score for the movie.

“Secrets” with Lindsey Buckingham and Mick Fleetwood

It’s only been about a month since Cyrus scored a new hit on the two U.K.-based charts where “Dream as One” debuts this period. Back in early October, the Grammy winner was joined by both Lindsey Buckingham and Mick Fleetwood on the track “Secrets.” That cut was added to the deluxe edition of Cyrus’s 2025 album Something Beautiful, which dropped earlier in the year, and became a quick bestseller across the Atlantic. “Secrets” peaked just outside the top 10 on both the Official Singles Sales and Official Singles Downloads rankings.

Miley Cyrus Has Earned Dozens of Bestsellers

Throughout her career, and now including “Dream as One,” Cyrus has racked up 29 hits on the Official Singles Sales list. She’s up to 46 appearances on the Official Singles Downloads roster. The superstar has landed inside the top 10 on the general sales tally with 10 tracks and 15 times on the downloads-only roster, and she’s collected multiple champions throughout her career.

“I See You” and “Nothing Is Lost” Set Avatar’s Musical Tradition

The two previous Avatar movies have both recruited musical superstars to record songs that are not only featured in the films, but also help generate excitement for the box office successes. The first of the three saw Leona Lewis perform “I See You,” which was nominated for Best Original Song at the Golden Globes. The Weeknd joined with Swedish House Mafia to write, produce, and record “Nothing Is Lost (You Give Me Strength)” for the long-awaited sequel, Avatar: The Way of Water, although that tune was not as commercially successful and was largely passed over when it came to awards consideration.

Miley Cyrus Has Been Seeking an Oscar Nom for Years

Cyrus is already a three-time Grammy winner, though she only began collecting prizes in the past few years, finally earning what some would say is long overdue recognition from the Recording Academy. The singer and actress has been working toward an Oscar nomination in the Best Original Song space for years now, but so far such an honor has eluded her.

Cyrus, of course, got her start blending both music and acting as the star of Hannah Montana, though the cuts performed by the faux pop star were largely penned by other talents. More recently, Cyrus has written tracks for movies like Charlie’s Angels, Freeheld, and The Last Song, among others.

Cyrus has been nominated for the Golden Globe for Best Original Song twice: first in 2009 with “I Thought I Lost You” from the animated film Bolt, which she also lent her voice to as an actor, and then only a few months back with “Beautiful That Way.” That track was created specifically for the Pamela Anderson–starring The Last Showgirl.

Cyrus is hoping to finally score an Oscar nod with her Avatar tune, while Ronson and Wyatt won the Academy Award for “Shallow” alongside Lady Gaga from A Star Is Born, and then were nominated again with “I’m Just Ken” from Barbie.

A Netflix ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ Short Film Has Been Rated For Release

The post A Netflix ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ Short Film Has Been Rated For Release appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. KPop Demon Hunters Netflix Everyone has wondered what may be the next step for KPop Demon Hunters as an IP, given its record-breaking success on Netflix. Now, the answer may be something exactly no one predicted. According to a new filing with the MPA, something called Debut: A KPop Demon Hunters Story has been rated PG by the ratings body. It’s listed alongside some other films, and this is obviously something that has not been publicly announced. A short film could be well, very short, a few minutes, and likely no more than ten. Even that might be pushing it. Using say, Pixar shorts as a reference, most are between 4 and 8 minutes. The original movie is an hour and 36 minutes. The “Debut” in the title indicates some sort of flashback, perhaps to when HUNTR/X first arrived on the scene before they blew up. Previously, director Maggie Kang has commented about how there were more backstory components that were supposed to be in the film that were cut, but hinted those could be explored in a sequel. But perhaps some may be put into a short here. I very much doubt those scenes were fully produced and simply cut, but perhaps they were finished up for this short film here. When would Debut: KPop Demon Hunters theoretically arrive? I’m not sure the other films on the list are much help. Dead of Winter is out in less than two weeks. Mother Mary does not have a release date. Ne Zha 2 came out earlier this year. I’ve only seen news stories saying The Perfect Gamble was supposed to come out in Q1 2025, but I’ve seen no evidence that it actually has. Headwind Helps Best Wallet Token

The post Headwind Helps Best Wallet Token appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Google has announced the launch of a new open-source protocol called Agent Payments Protocol (AP2) in partnership with Coinbase, the Ethereum Foundation, and 60 other organizations. This allows AI agents to make payments on behalf of users using various methods such as real-time bank transfers, credit and debit cards, and, most importantly, stablecoins. Let’s explore in detail what this could mean for the broader cryptocurrency markets, and also highlight a presale crypto (Best Wallet Token) that could explode as a result of this development. Google’s Push for Stablecoins Agent Payments Protocol (AP2) uses digital contracts known as ‘Intent Mandates’ and ‘Verifiable Credentials’ to ensure that AI agents undertake only those payments authorized by the user. Mandates, by the way, are cryptographically signed, tamper-proof digital contracts that act as verifiable proof of a user’s instruction. For example, let’s say you instruct an AI agent to never spend more than $200 in a single transaction. This instruction is written into an Intent Mandate, which serves as a digital contract. Now, whenever the AI agent tries to make a payment, it must present this mandate as proof of authorization, which will then be verified via the AP2 protocol. Alongside this, Google has also launched the A2A x402 extension to accelerate support for the Web3 ecosystem. This production-ready solution enables agent-based crypto payments and will help reshape the growth of cryptocurrency integration within the AP2 protocol. Google’s inclusion of stablecoins in AP2 is a massive vote of confidence in dollar-pegged cryptocurrencies and a huge step toward making them a mainstream payment option. This widens stablecoin usage beyond trading and speculation, positioning them at the center of the consumption economy. The recent enactment of the GENIUS Act in the U.S. gives stablecoins more structure and legal support. Imagine paying for things like data crawls, per-task…
