Offering a fixed annual dividend of 4.9%, the funds raised will support continued Bitcoin acquisitions as part of Metaplanet’s aggressive growth strategy. Currently holding over 30,000 BTC, Metaplanet aims to strengthen its position as one of Asia’s largest corporate Bitcoin holders, blending traditional finance with crypto innovation.
