BAGUIO CITY, Philippines – The Philippine Military Academy (PMA) has announced the top 10 graduates of Talang Dangal Class of 2026, led by its valedictorian, Cadet 1st Class Kaye Demisana Librada of Lipa City, Batangas.
The PMA said there were 37,651 applicants for Class 2026, around 2,000 more than the previous class. Of this number, only 1,211 passed the PMA Entrance Examination. There are 207 graduating cadets for 2026.
There are 65 women in the 207-strong graduating class. Out of the top 10 graduates, five are women.
The Cordillera Administrative Region produced the highest number of graduates with 23 cadets, or 11.11% of the class.
The number of 2026 graduates from other regions are as follows:
Most graduates entered PMA with some college education but without completing a degree.
Among the 207 Class 2026 graduates, 142 were college undergraduates upon entering PMA while 64 finished senior high school graduates.
One graduate had already completed a college degree prior to entering the academy.
Most of the graduates or 76 (52 male, 24 female) will go to the Philippine Army.
A total of 69 (48 male, 21 female) have chosen to join the Phiippine Navy.
The Philippine Air Force will take in 62 graduates (42 male, 20 female)
