Trong toàn bộ Thoả thuận này, các từ "chúng tôi" và "của chúng tôi" đề cập đến MEXC và các đơn vị liên kết của MEXC.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxus5DlcmTXHLd9dK1KbMx3wFh"><br /></div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusDJALUAX18dFNlusqbQBrGb">1.2 Thỏa thuận Thương gia P2P MEXC này ("Thỏa thuận") là một phần không thể tách rời của <a href="https://www.mexc.com/announcements/article/4411633765785">Thỏa thuận dịch vụ MEXC P2P</a> ("Thỏa thuận dịch vụ") và <a href="https://www.mexc.com/vi-VN/announcements/article/17730503299897">Quy tắc xử lý khiếu nại P2P</a> ("Quy tắc khiếu nại").</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxuseQpUFHReWSqw1sIOJGAbgr"><br /></div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusfHVNLwNKh8WZn4eUfHmZUe">1.3 Khi tham gia giao dịch P2P trên <a href="https://www.mexc.com/vi-VN/">MEXC.com</a> và đăng ký trở thành Thương gia, bạn xác nhận đã đọc, hiểu và chấp nhận Thỏa thuận này, Thỏa thuận dịch vụ và Quy tắc khiếu nại. Đồng thời, bạn đồng ý bị ràng buộc và tuân thủ các điều khoản được quy định. Nếu bạn không hiểu rõ hoặc không đồng ý với bất kỳ phần nào của Thỏa thuận này, bạn không nên sử dụng dịch vụ MEXC P2P.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxustUwOigUqVEJjaC4ojTrEyg"><br /></div><p></p><div><strong>2. VIỆC THAY ĐỔI ĐIỀU KHOẢN</strong></div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusMmspM1PXKlfTGuHdRa02We">2.1 Chúng tôi không ngừng cải tiến Dịch vụ Thương gia và có thể cập nhật hoặc sửa đổi các Điều khoản này theo thời gian. Chúng tôi toàn quyền sửa đổi các Điều khoản này bất kỳ lúc nào và vì bất kỳ lý do gì mà không cần thông báo trước. Phiên bản cập nhật của Điều khoản sẽ có hiệu lực ngay khi được đăng trên trang web, với ngày "Cập nhật lần cuối" được hiển thị ở đầu Điều khoản. Bằng việc tiếp tục sử dụng Dịch vụ Thương gia, bạn xác nhận và chấp nhận các Điều khoản đã được sửa đổi. ĐỊNH NGHĨA</strong></div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusjVwIr1iBaEMDmeAoBQANQf">"<strong>Thương gia</strong>" đề cập đến người dùng đã được xác minh và phê duyệt trên MEXC, chịu trách nhiệm xử lý các yêu cầu nạp (khi người dùng nạp tiền fiat vào ví) và yêu cầu rút (khi người dùng rút tiền fiat ảo về tài khoản ngân hàng). Thương gia có nghĩa vụ xem xét và phê duyệt các lệnh này trong khoảng thời gian quy định, đồng thời đảm bảo xác minh đầy đủ trước khi phê duyệt.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxuslPu8M4BOKWlEoZJvlpJVHe"><br /></div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxuseXyVi9rG3EkYDUSRnOG7Nb">"<strong>Dịch vụ Thương gia</strong>" đề cập đến các dịch vụ do MEXC cung cấp nhằm hỗ trợ bạn với tư cách là Thương gia. Các dịch vụ này bao gồm, nhưng không giới hạn ở, quyền truy cập và sử dụng sàn MEXC, dịch vụ giao dịch và chuyển, các ứng dụng liên quan, công cụ, tính năng, chương trình, trang web, phần mềm và bất kỳ sản phẩm hoặc dịch vụ nào khác do MEXC cung cấp nhằm hỗ trợ hoạt động của bạn với vai trò Thương gia. Những dịch vụ này được thiết kế để hỗ trợ bạn xử lý giao dịch trên sàn MEXC.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxus27VPgp21n79mwgf9i7pOYg"><br /></div><p></p><div><strong>4. QUY TẮC ỨNG XỬ VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM CỦA THƯƠNG GIA</strong></div><ul class="list-bullet1"><li style="text-align:left" class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxus8NGMc9T9NayitWPy9ChG2l"><div>Luôn trung thực và chuyên nghiệp.</div></li><li style="text-align:left" class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusVjhbVUorMiy7SL9mi7OyJg"><div>Đối xử công bằng, có trách nhiệm và tôn trọng người dùng.</div></li><li style="text-align:left" class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusdaoF4UQOtWlumprBnwGZVe"><div>Đảm bảo thông tin trong quảng cáo, bao gồm giá và số lượng là chính xác trước khi đăng.</div></li><li style="text-align:left" class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusjt9wo0bOcQE0t6h3oT0jUb"><div>Xử lý thanh toán, phát hành token và phản hồi người dùng nhanh chóng. QUY TẮC ỨNG XỬ VÀ YÊU CẦU GIAO DỊCH CỦA THƯƠNG GIA</strong></div><div style="text-align:left" class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusrqCH5AXa42wK9qZMVrtynh">5.1 Tên trên phương thức thanh toán phải trùng khớp với tên đã dùng để xác minh danh tính trên MEXC.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusuKowxFB18J8dXPPQWyxnXb"><br /></div><div style="text-align:left" class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxus7UvDhxUdSSrEnjSpwmKQCb">5.2 Nghiêm cấm giao dịch với người dùng ngoài sàn MEXC P2P. MEXC không chịu trách nhiệm với bất kỳ giao dịch nào được thực hiện bên ngoài. Thương gia hoàn toàn tự chịu rủi ro trong các trường hợp này.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusiXdyy8mDjnMO1usr1XiRfc"><br /></div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusqXHWz1nkzfKXvkJTbjq8xh">5.3 Bạn không được đưa thông tin liên hệ cá nhân (ví dụ: mạng xã hội, ứng dụng nhắn tin) vào quảng cáo, điều kiện giao dịch hoặc phản hồi tự động.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxush8EsN96aSBmkJi0jlqQiQg"><br /></div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusub50rO0sVVigop7VLPWT9f">5.4 Nghiêm cấm chia sẻ liên kết ngoài trong điều khoản giao dịch, phản hồi tự động hoặc điều hướng người dùng sang nền tảng bên ngoài qua cửa sổ trò chuyện. MEXC chỉ cung cấp nền tảng giao dịch và không chịu trách nhiệm với bất kỳ liên kết hoặc hoạt động ngoài sàn nào.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusZon6arUDVjMbmgoFrzsK2l"><br /></div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusN0ECbXre6ITKv6I1IE5ySg">5.5 Nghiêm cấm sử dụng các bên trung gian hoặc nhà cung cấp thanh toán không được phép. Bạn chỉ được sử dụng tài khoản ngân hàng cá nhân hoặc doanh nghiệp đã đăng ký trùng với tên đã xác minh để thực hiện giao dịch.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxustXrd4WrLQNhc4b0lUVmQZb"><br /></div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusBVzEak6bcPlnpZVaFF8OZe">5.6 Không được chia nhỏ thanh toán fiat thành nhiều lần chuyển. Mỗi giao dịch phải đúng số tiền đã thoả thuận. Nghiêm cấm chuyển một phần hoặc nhiều lần cho một lệnh, trừ khi người dùng yêu cầu và chấp thuận rõ ràng.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxuskGSWQr1Fxdmbn8EnGCsmCg"><br /></div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusoco7HN8CVaE19s8XezCKKg">5.7 Nghiêm cấm sử dụng ngôn từ xúc phạm, đe doạ hoặc thiếu tôn trọng. Bạn cần giữ thái độ chuyên nghiệp trong mọi cuộc giao tiếp.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxuslLEEZo3WtGwuaZx5V4LKpb"><br /></div><div style="text-align:left" class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusRbLbClPdxjU7owvJuhP6gd">5.8 Nếu phát sinh nghi ngờ trong quá trình giao dịch, vui lòng yêu cầu người dùng xác minh danh tính bổ sung. Nếu người dùng từ chối, bạn phải liên hệ bộ phận CSKH MEXC để được hỗ trợ.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusygfZV7t04r6khpWHmou2k1"><br /></div><div style="text-align:left" class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusSI3G0tVNKYwtRp6hLzcJQb">5.9 Nếu người dùng báo cáo tài khoản ngân hàng bị đóng băng sau khi nhận thanh toán, bạn phải hợp tác với MEXC và cung cấp đầy đủ bằng chứng theo yêu cầu.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusyn5z1YZ0Lr1xUg0GqZiAld"><br /></div><div style="text-align:left" class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusZzflUDbKXdvvBrAyHYPpih">5.10 Nghiêm cấm tham gia vào các giao dịch liên quan đến nguồn tiền bất hợp pháp. Tất cả tài sản sử dụng trong giao dịch P2P phải có nguồn gốc và mục đích hợp pháp, không liên quan đến rửa tiền, hoạt động phạm pháp hoặc hành vi bất hợp pháp khác.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxuslLVY2gabQpJoeSQA4R6jo9"><br /></div><div style="text-align:left" class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusSydysXfrFgcYtGzKHrUZMc">5.11 Nếu đưa tài sản kỹ thuật số hoặc nguồn tiền bất hợp pháp vào MEXC, dẫn đến rủi ro pháp lý hoặc tổn thất tài sản cho MEXC và người dùng, MEXC toàn quyền lập tức huỷ tư cách Thương gia, cấm tất cả hoạt động và tịch thu tài sản đặt cọc. Ngoài ra, MEXC toàn quyền yêu cầu bồi thường cho bất kỳ tổn thất trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp nào phát sinh do hành vi của bạn. Bạn đồng ý bồi hoàn cho MEXC tất cả tổn thất trực tiếp, gián tiếp, đặc biệt và phát sinh.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusRofv4o8749cRsNDhLH32zb"><br /></div><p></p><div><strong>6. HUỶ TƯ CÁCH THƯƠNG GIA</strong></div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxus3WWtBawPSzipFYT3uuTNZd">6.1 Nhằm đảm bảo môi trường giao dịch P2P an toàn, công bằng và minh bạch, MEXC toàn quyền huỷ tư cách Thương gia đối với bất kỳ người dùng nào vi phạm quy định. Các lý do huỷ có thể bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở:</div><ul class="list-bullet1"><li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusu8o6QCLhYnHJ5tZk68gWud"><div>Không hợp tác với CSKH MEXC trong quá trình xử lý khiếu nại, ví dụ: Liên tục phớt lờ yêu cầu hỗ trợ hoặc cung cấp thông tin.</div></li><li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusZnnQdmZrW57hGLErSCo3uc"><div>Áp đặt phí ẩn, tính phí trái phép, hoặc yêu cầu người dùng thanh toán nhiều hơn so với nội dung quảng cáo.</div></li><li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusTumzFKQU1piUn6MfB9Ff0g"><div>Khuyến khích người dùng giao dịch hoặc liên hệ ngoài sàn MEXC.</div></li><li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusnPgQgI9MGq83ZSi1hoBa4g"><div>Lạm dụng, chia sẻ hoặc sử dụng sai mục đích thông tin cá nhân của người dùng như họ tên, thông tin liên hệ, dữ liệu ngân hàng.</div></li><li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxus9RlePdueW68iYl0uYzM3Eg"><div>Lan truyền thông tin sai lệch, gây hiểu nhầm hoặc ảnh hưởng tiêu cực đến uy tín MEXC.</div></li><li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusOWfRwejSaHcFDmz1e6AfDb"><div>Lợi dụng lỗi kỹ thuật hoặc thủ thuật không công bằng để chiếm lợi thế so với Thương gia khác.</div></li><li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusUzmYq0yGAXgufHCJSMRyyg"><div>Sử dụng nhiều tài khoản MEXC để thao túng giao dịch, độc quyền thị trường hoặc chặn người dùng khác.</div></li><li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusiairLwhzAYt6CdMsoqP3gd"><div>Nhận quá nhiều đánh giá tiêu cực, điểm đánh giá thấp hoặc khiếu nại chưa xử lý từ người dùng.</div></li><li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusYAHsBgLPpJFeHOfwgVsuce"><div>Giao tiếp thiếu tôn trọng, xúc phạm hoặc lạm dụng trên MEXC (bao gồm trong trò chuyện, khiếu nại hoặc kênh hỗ trợ).</div></li><li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusmV4gS6gFjSYENOip2eTQgg"><div>Tham gia thao túng thị trường, dàn xếp giá, giao dịch có tổ chức hoặc các hành vi ảnh hưởng đến tính công bằng của thị trường.</div></li><li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxuswltgQZnZ72dYS7AeDPkNIc"><div>Không hoạt động trong thời gian dài hoặc duy trì khối lượng giao dịch thấp liên tục.</div></li><li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusOfnidKFjkK3IRblsMJrysg"><div>Tỷ lệ hoàn thành lệnh thấp, tranh chấp thường xuyên, nhiều khiếu nại hoặc phản hồi chậm.</div></li></ul><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusUsU5aUju0s5pXCo7XdBqCe"><br /></div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxusPDKbp9NNFRDQkYRJXUnHve">6.2 MEXC toàn quyền huỷ tư cách Thương gia dựa trên hành vi, đánh giá rủi ro nội bộ và phản hồi từ người dùng. Tất cả Thương gia phải tuân thủ quy định và đảm bảo trải nghiệm an toàn, chuyên nghiệp cho người dùng.</div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxussS5J74y8TzMn2w6mVwH2Ag"><br /></div><p></p><div><strong>7. VI PHẠM CỦA THƯƠNG GIA & BIỆN PHÁP XỬ LÝ</strong></div><div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-doxus1gPUR4WD1K9p7rzeriTDLe">7.1 MEXC áp dụng quy định nghiêm ngặt nhằm duy trì môi trường giao dịch P2P công bằng và an toàn. Nếu Thương gia vi phạm các điều khoản trong Thoả thuận này, MEXC có thể áp dụng các biện pháp hoặc hạn chế đối với tài khoản Thương gia, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở: </div><ul
