Merchant Nickname Setup

Step 1:

Click “Buy Crypto” and select the “P2P Trading” tab to enter the P2P trading page.

 

Step 2:

Click on “More”, followed by "User Center".

 

Step 3:

Edit your Merchant Nickname and set your P2P Payment method by clicking “Add Payment Methods”.

Note: Merchant Nickname is different from Personal Nickname; where Merchant Nickname is the Nickname that will be shown in your Published Ads. 

 

 

 

Manage Your Listings

On the P2P Trading page, click “Merchant Background” on the top right to access your Merchant Dashboard.

Note: There is no Merchant Dashboard for Mobile version.

 

You can then proceed to view your pending orders, assets, Current ads and Publish new advertisements from the interface.

 

 

Create a New Advertisement

Step 1:

To post an advertisement (BUY or SELL) , you may click on “More” and select "+Post New Ad". Alternatively, go to your Merchant Dashboard page to access the “+Place an Ad” button.

 

Step 2:

Select the “BUY or SELL” order and choose your Token + Trading Coin correctly.

 

Step 3:

Modify the fields in the Transaction Price and Quantity section accordingly. Please check and confirm before posting your Ads Price, Ads Quantity and the range for your transaction.

 

Step 4:

Select your Payment Methods.

 

Step 5:

Finally, modify the Trading Requirements accordingly before posting your Ads. 

 

 

 

View your Advertisements and Orders

Select “My Ads” to view all advertisements

Alternatively, you can go to your Merchant Dashboard to view your ads too

 

 

 

Merchant Tutorial: BUY USDT

When Merchant select BUY ads, it will show up in the SELL listings for users.

 

Step 1:

When a user clicks on your listing and attempts to sell USDT to you, you will receive an order notification by SMS. Click “Orders” and select the relevant order. You will then be directed to the following page.

Once you had made the payment to Seller, click on “I have completed the payment” to prompt the Seller to release the USDT to you.

 

Step 2:

Wait for Seller to confirm the payment. 

If you encounter any problems receiving the tokens within the stated time, you may use the chat function on the right to contact the other party.

Should you fail to come to an amicable resolution, you may click "Appeal" to escalate this to MEXC Customer Service department and we will assist with the matter.

 

Step 3:

Congratulations! You have completed your USDT purchase.

 

 

Merchant Tutorial: SELL USDT

When Merchant select SELL ads, it will show up in the BUY listings for users.

 

Step 1:

When a user clicks on your listing and attempts to buy USDT from you, you will receive an order notification by SMS. Click “Orders” and select the relevant order. You will then be directed to the following page.

 

Once you have received the funds from the other party, click on the “Confirm” button.

 

If you have not received the funds after 15 minutes, you may reach out to the other party directly with the chat function on the right.

 

Should you fail to come to an amicable resolution, you may escalate this to the MEXC Customer Service department and we will assist with the matter.

 

Step 2:

Once you’ve received the funds, check the box next to your bank account number and click “Confirm”.

 

Step 3:

Click “Transfer” to release your USDT to the buying party.

 

 

Step 4:

Congratulations! You have completed your sell of USDT.

 

 

 

Update October 2022: Publish Ads function & Manage Orders function is now available on Mobile Website & Android APP v3.6.7

First of all, use your mobile web browser log in to m.mexc.com or use Android App. 

Then, Go to P2P trading Page. 

 

To Publish Advertisement

Step 1: Click "..." on Top Right of P2P trading page. 

Step 2: Click " + Post New Ad".

Step 3: Create Advertisement. 

 

     

 

To Manage Orders

Step 1: Click "Order" on Top Right of P2P trading page. 

Step 2: Click the order you want to Manage; which the Order Status will show "Pay" when you are Buying USDT, and show "Waiting for buyer to pay/ Please confirm the payment" when you are Selling USDT. 

Step 3: Please manage the orders.
