MEXC to Support the Horizen (ZEN) Contract Swap
MEXC will support the Horizen (ZEN) contract swap with the following arrangements:
- ZEN deposits and withdrawals will be closed on July 21, 2025, 03:00 (UTC).
- ZEN trading will not be affected during the contract swap.
- The ZEN token swap will be executed at a 1:1 ratio.
- The ZEN token ticker will remain unchanged after the contract swap
Changes in Token Supply
- The circulating supply of ZEN will increase from 16 million to 17.25 million immediately.
- The total supply of ZEN will reach 21 million over the next 48 months.
- New allocation of ZEN tokens will be made to the Horizen Foundation and DAO Treasury.
Important Notes
- MEXC will not support token swaps for ZEN tokens deposited after the deposit closure.
- MEXC will provide support to users holding ZEN tokens in their MEXC accounts, assisting with any technical issues that may arise.
- MEXC will no longer support deposits for old ZEN tokens once the token swap is complete. Please confirm the token type before depositing to avoid any asset losses.
- A separate announcement will be made after the token swap is complete.
