To provide you with a better futures trading experience, the MEXC Futures market will undergo a system upgrade. During the upgrade, futures trading can be conducted normally. The specific upgrade schedule and impact scope are as follows:

Futures System Upgrade Period 1:

April 28, 2024, 01:00 - April 28, 2024, 01:30 (UTC)

Scope of Impact:

• During the upgrade, there may be a delay in asset transfers between your futures account and spot account.

• During the upgrade, there may be a temporary delay in the data related to your futures positions, orders, and trades. 

• During the upgrade, you may also receive error notifications when placing orders.

• During the upgrade, there may be a temporary delay in the K-line chart.

If you encounter such issues, the impact is expected to last no longer than 5 minutes. We recommend trying again after 5 minutes. 

Futures System Upgrade Period 2:

April 28, 2024, 01:30 - April 28, 2024, 02:30 (UTC)

Scope of Impact:

• During the upgrade, users may experience failures when attempting to register for futures events (such as M-Day events, Weekly Futures Events, etc.).

If these issues occur, the impact duration will not exceed 5 minutes at most. We suggest trying again after 5 minutes.

Important Notes:

• During the upgrade, features such as crypto buying, spot trading, deposits, and withdrawals will remain unaffected.

• Please manage your futures positions and orders in advance to avoid unnecessary losses. 

• We will announce the completion of the upgrade work as soon as possible. 

• In the event of significant market fluctuations prior to the upgrade, the platform will adjust the upgrade schedule based on market conditions and provide timely announcements regarding any postponements or extensions. Please refer to the official website announcement for the latest information.
