Scope of Impact:
- After the upgrade is completed, users may experience login failures or receive prompts indicating their inability to securely connect to the webpage due to outdated browser versions. If users encounter the above issue, we recommend upgrading your browser and trying again;
- After the upgrade is completed, API users may experience difficulty connecting and retrieving information. If users encounter the above issue, we recommend using TLS1.2/1.3 for connection.
Important Notes:
- Please rest assured that all user assets are secure during the upgrade.
- Please make proactive arrangements for your funds to avoid the impact of market fluctuations during the upgrade.
- The upgrade duration is an estimate and may deviate from the actual time required.
- If there are significant market fluctuations before the upgrade, the platform may postpone the upgrade and make an announcement accordingly.
- All affected services will return to normal once the upgrade is completed, and a separate announcement will be made.
