To improve the user experience of our products, MEXC will be performing an upgrade on the deposit & withdrawal system. Details are as follows:

• During the upgrade, users may not be able to check deposit and withdrawal history on the App and Web side.
• The impact duration is generally less than 1 minute. If you encounter any of the issues mentioned above, we recommend trying again after 1 minute.

• Please rest assured that all user assets are secure during the upgrade.
• Please make arrangements for your funds in advance to avoid risks associated with market fluctuations during the upgrade.
• The upgrade duration is an estimate and may deviate from the actual time required.
• If there are significant market fluctuations before the upgrade, the platform may postpone the upgrade and make an announcement accordingly.
• All affected services will resume to normal once the upgrade is completed, and a separate announcement will be made.
