MEXC Affiliate Portal Upgrade and Maintenance on 14 July 2023
Dear MEXC Affiliates,
To better optimize product performance and improve user experience, MEXC Affiliate Portal will be undergoing system upgrade and maintenance from 21:00 to 22:00(UTC) on 14 July 2023, which is expected to take about 1 hour.
During the maintenance period, you will still be able to access your affiliate portal. However, you may experience service interruptions. As part of the upgrade process, you may encounter temporary service errors, which could last for approximately 1 to 2 minutes at a time. Should you encounter an error, the affiliate portal interfaces will display the message "System busy, please try again later" and data queries will be temporarily unavailable.
Please note that if you have used the affiliate portal to generate custom shortened links (starting with https://promote.mexc.com/a/), during the maintenance upgrade, clicking on these short links may result in a timeout error and prevent normal usage. Additionally, please be aware that there could be delays in real-time futures trading data and deposit information during the maintenance period. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
During maintenance, you may experience service interruptions when logging in, applying for a affiliate account, or modifying your password. In the event of any system abnormalities, we recommend waiting a few minutes and then retrying. We will promptly restore the service and ensure a smooth upgrade process.
All functions will resume normally once the upgrade is completed, and there won't be a further announcement upon the completion of the upgrade.
