Ackerman & Co. has closed the sale of 1730 Mount Vernon Road, an 11,386-square-foot medical office building in Dunwoody, Ga., on behalf of the seller. The building is fully leased to a diverse mix of medical and professional office tenants. Sean Patrick, Senior Vice President at Ackerman & Co., represented the seller, 1730 Mount Vernon Road LLC.
