PANews reported on February 2nd that on-chain information shows that the Binance SAFU fund address initiated an authorization transaction approximately 27 minutes ago, adding two new addresses to the "allowed recipient whitelist." This may be in preparation for increasing Bitcoin holdings.
Previously, it was reported that Binance would convert $1 billion of stablecoin reserves held by the SAFU Fund into Bitcoin reserves.
