• Customer Growth by Product: Among customers in the Americas Region, approximately 25% have deployed Genian ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access), while 75% opted for Genian NAC (Network Access Control). Customers are increasingly drawn to the advanced features of Genian ZTNA, which include Biometric Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Secure Remote Access, Application Layer Visibility and Control and Endpoint Security. Meanwhile, a strong majority (75%) of clients, particularly in the SMB/SME market, continue to prioritize foundational network visibility and control through Genian NAC to meet compliance requirements for their industry.
• Customer Growth by Channel: In 2025, notably, over 55% of new customers in the Americas were added through the Partner Channel. Strategic alliances with partners like Computer Integration Technologies, Deloitte Chile, Matrix Networks, and Lynx Shield Technologies helped fuel this growth. Additionally, the onboarding of two new partners in Mexico, BinaryTrade and Whip Solutions, is paving the way for a robust 2026 pipeline in the Mexico market.
• Customer Growth by Vertical: The manufacturing sector emerged as the fastest-growing vertical market for the Americas Region in 2025, with a significant increase in U.S. manufacturing customers seeking enhanced cybersecurity compliance. Following closely, the financial vertical demonstrated robust performance, solidifying its position as the second fastest-growing market. Country, state, and local government entities emerged as the third largest vertical market, with customers across LATAM, the U.S., and Canada.
• Customer Growth by Region: Closing out 2025, approximately 57% of Americas Region customers were located in the U.S., 32% in LATAM and 11% in Canada. Among new customers added in 2025, 75% were in the U.S. while 1 of every 4 new customers originated from LATAM, showing a continued and growing demand for Cybersecurity solutions across that region.
