MANILA, Philippines – As public outrage over flood control corruption continues to swell, protests calling for accountability are set to happen on Sunday, November 30, to mark Bonifacio Day.

In Metro Manila, a second iteration of the anti-corruption rallies in EDSA and Luneta — more commonly known as the Trillion Peso March in EDSA and Baha sa Luneta (Flood in Luneta) held last September — is expected to pull in bigger numbers. The Trillion Peso March Movement said bigger rallies are set for November 30 in a bid to amplify calls for accountability, full transparency, and a speedy prosecution of corruption cases.
