Query Advertisement Limits

Query the various limit constraints when publishing a P2P advertisement (price, floating ratio, quantity, single-transaction fiat amount, payment time limit, supported payment methods). Used for parameter validation before publishing/updating an advertisement.

• "Ad Unit Price" and "Floating Ratio" constrain the price set when publishing an ad; "Ad Total Stock" constrains the total sellable quantity of the entire ad; "Per Transaction" constrains the fiat amount of a taker's single order. These three apply to different targets — do not confuse them.
• Quantity/unit price are denominated in the cryptocurrency; per-transaction amount is denominated in fiat.
