- Platform Parameter Risk: Changes to platform parameters by MEXC, which may affect Ondo, could result in financial loss.

Such failures include, but are not limited to, outages, order-matching errors, database failures, cryptocurrency transmission or storage malfunctions, API disruptions, hacking incidents, or other technical issues.
