Cleo.xyz, the parent company of Zenko Protocol and Pavia.io, today announced the acquisition of assets and intellectual property of Script Network, a decentralized broadcasting network and peer-to-peer communication protocol. The acquisition strengthens Cleo’s position at the intersection of decentralized technology, digital media, and enterprise engagement, creating new opportunities for global organizations to access blockchain-powered broadcasting through a simple, scalable, and secure platform.

Under Cleo’s ownership, Script will become the broadcasting arm of the Cleo Do Good ecosystem, enabling brands, sports organizations, and enterprises to launch and manage their own digital broadcast channels with built-in transparency, audience engagement, and verifiable distribution. The combined capabilities are designed to redefine how organizations communicate at scale by unifying media delivery, community activation, and digital ownership.

As part of the transaction, Script Network founders Abiel Alazar and Akeem Ojuko will join Cleo in strategic advisory roles, supporting the integration of Script’s broadcasting, adtech, and decentralized infrastructure with Cleo’s enterprise clients and broader product suite, including Pavia.io’s metaverse platform and Zenko Protocol’s engagement technology.
