<title>Условия и положения</title><ul><li>Участвуя в этом событии, пользователи подтверждают, что они прочитали, поняли и согласились с Условиями и положениями события.</li><li>Участие в этом событии ограничено только основным аккаунтом. Субаккаунты не могут участвовать в качестве независимых аккаунтов. Объем торгов и соответствующие данные субаккаунтов будут объединены с данными основного аккаунта для окончательных расчетов.</li><li>Пользователи могут получить только одну награду за один и тот же тип события на MEXC в течение одного и того же периода времени. Повторные награды не будут выданы.</li><li>Значение наград может варьироваться в зависимости от рыночных условий и может быть увеличено или уменьшено в любое время. MEXC не несет ответственности за любые изменения наград в результате волатильности рынка.</li><li>Все победители будут проходить проверку рисков MEXC перед распределением наград. Пользователи, не прошедшие проверку, не получат награды, и награды не будут выдаваться повторно. MEXC оставляет за собой право окончательного решения по всем вопросам распределения наград.</li><li>В течение периода события MEXC будет отслеживать торговую активность с целью выявления и предотвращения любых форм мошенничества или аномального поведения, включая, но не ограничиваясь: создание нескольких аккаунтов, использование чужих аккаунтов или личной информации, предоставление ложных данных KYC, искусственное завышение торговых данных, участие в фиктивной торговле или отмывании денег, нарушение условий события, нарушение местных нормативных требований или участие в любой другой незаконной, мошеннической или вредоносной деятельности. В случае выявления любого из вышеперечисленных действий MEXC оставляет за собой право лишить пользователей права на получение наград.</li><li>Данное событие не является и не должно рассматриваться как рекомендация или инвестиционный совет по покупке или продаже каких-либо активов. Цифровые активы являются спекулятивными и высоковолатильными и могут в любой момент стать неликвидными. Event Rules

  • Users must click the Register Now button on the event page to be eligible to participate in all tasks.
  • This event is only open to new users in Japan.
  • New users refer to users who sign up during the event or have a total deposit of less than $100 before the event starts (including on-chain, fiat, and P2P deposits). Users who have completed KYC but have no history of deposits or Futures trading. (These users are eligible for all tasks except the KYC task)
  • Users who sign up on MEXC after Dec 6, 2025 must complete Primary KYC Verification to be eligible for rewards.
  • New users can receive the new user exclusive reward only once across all eligible events, including Airdrop+, Spin & Win, Launchpad, Launchpool, Invite and Earn, and Rewards Hub. If a user participates in multiple eligible events, they will only receive the reward from the first event that distributes it. They will not receive additional new user exclusive rewards from other eligible events.
  • Upon successful registration, the system will automatically track net deposits and all eligible trading volumes from the time of registration, including Futures trades (both open and closed positions) and Spot trades (buy and sell amounts).
  • Net deposit = On-chain deposits (internal transfers excluded) + P2P/Fiat buys – On-chain withdrawals (internal transfers included) – P2P/Fiat sells – Asset transfers out – Gifts sent.
  • Market makers and institutional accounts are not eligible for this event.
  • Futures trades with zero fees are excluded from valid trading volume for certain tasks. Please refer to the task details.
  • Participants who complete the specified tasks will automatically receive the corresponding Neko Coin(s). One Neko Coin can be used for one claw. Neko Coins can be accumulated and used at any time during the event.
  • Participants can take part in multiple tasks simultaneously. The more tasks they complete, the more Neko Coins they can receive.
  • Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis within 14 days after the event ends. Token rewards will be airdropped to users' Spot wallets. 

Terms and Conditions

  • By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.
  • Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.
  • Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.
  • The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.
  • All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. MEXC retains the final decision on all matters of reward distribution.
  • During the event period, MEXC will monitor trading activity to detect and prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using another person's account or personal information, providing false KYC details, artificially inflating trading data, engaging in wash or laundering trades, violating the terms of the event, breaching local regulatory requirements, or engaging in any other unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. If any such conduct is identified, MEXC reserves the right to disqualify users from receiving rewards.
  • This event does not constitute, and should not be regarded as, a recommendation or investment advice to buy or sell any products. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, and may become illiquid at any time. They are suitable only for investors with a high risk tolerance, and investors may lose the entire value of their investment. All participants are solely responsible for their own investment decisions, and MEXC is not liable for any losses incurred.   • MEXC reserves the right to amend or update the rules of the event at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this event, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the event, and adjusting the event and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms. Where practicable, MEXC will endeavor to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where MEXC exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.

  • In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
