<title>Условия и положения</title><ul><li>Участвуя в этом событии, пользователи подтверждают, что они прочитали, поняли и согласились с Условиями и положениями события.</li><li>Участие в этом событии ограничено только основным аккаунтом. Субаккаунты не могут участвовать в качестве независимых аккаунтов. Объем торгов и соответствующие данные субаккаунтов будут объединены с данными основного аккаунта для окончательных расчетов.</li><li>Пользователи могут получить только одну награду за один и тот же тип события на MEXC в течение одного и того же периода времени. Повторные награды не будут выданы.</li><li>Значение наград может варьироваться в зависимости от рыночных условий и может быть увеличено или уменьшено в любое время. MEXC не несет ответственности за любые изменения наград в результате волатильности рынка.</li><li>Все победители будут проходить проверку рисков MEXC перед распределением наград. Пользователи, не прошедшие проверку, не получат награды, и награды не будут выдаваться повторно. MEXC оставляет за собой право окончательного решения по всем вопросам распределения наград.</li><li>В течение периода события MEXC будет отслеживать торговую активность с целью выявления и предотвращения любых форм мошенничества или аномального поведения, включая, но не ограничиваясь: создание нескольких аккаунтов, использование чужих аккаунтов или личной информации, предоставление ложных данных KYC, искусственное завышение торговых данных, участие в фиктивной торговле или отмывании денег, нарушение условий события, нарушение местных нормативных требований или участие в любой другой незаконной, мошеннической или вредоносной деятельности. В случае выявления любого из вышеперечисленных действий MEXC оставляет за собой право лишить пользователей права на получение наград.</li><li>Данное событие не является и не должно рассматриваться как рекомендация или инвестиционный совет по покупке или продаже каких-либо активов. Цифровые активы являются спекулятивными и высоковолатильными и могут в любой момент стать неликвидными. Event rules

• This event is open only to users in Europe (excluding Portugal and Spain).

• Users must click the "Register Now" button on this page to be eligible for the event.

• New users are defined as users who sign up on MEXC during the event period, or existing users whose total deposit is less than 100 USDT before the event starts. 

• Only net deposits will be counted. Net Deposit = Total Deposits − Total Withdrawals. Supported deposit methods include on-chain, fiat, and card deposits, P2P trading, and deposits via third-party channels. Internal transfers are not eligible.

• All Futures trades will count toward valid trading volume (open positions + closed positions), except trades on zero-fee pairs and stablecoin trading pairs such as USDC and USDT.

• Claw chances may be credited with a slight delay after participants meet the requirements. Any unused claw chances will be forfeited once the event ends. Please use them within the event period.

• Rewards from daily tasks (token airdrops) will be credited within 3 days and distributed to the user’s Spot wallet.

• Users who received 3 USDT in BTC between January 5 and January 8 will see only 1 USDT in BTC credited automatically. The remaining 2 USDT in BTC will be manually distributed to the user’s spot wallet. Please do not worry and kindly wait patiently.

• Users who complete the deposit task will receive claw tickets on January 19th. Please use your claw tickets to participate in the Mission Claw Machine on January 20th.

• APR Boosters will be issued within 3 days during the event period.

• Physical Prize Distribution Policy: Please note that physical prizes are not cumulative. While the progress bar may show multiple unlocked milestones, users are eligible to receive only one physical reward—the one corresponding to the single highest trading volume tier achieved. Any lower-tier physical prizes displayed during the event are for progress tracking purposes and will not be issued separately.

• Physical rewards and token vouchers will be distributed within 14 business days after the event ends. Winners must complete the required form. Failure to do so will be deemed a forfeiture of the physical reward. If the form is not completed, the reward will be converted to USDT by default.

• The MEXC x ether.fi Credit Card requires manual review. Users must submit the required form before the event ends to ensure timely review and crediting after the event.

• Users who register multiple accounts using the same IP address will not be eligible to receive rewards.

• All participating users must strictly abide by the MEXC Terms of Service. MEXC reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Suspected accounts will be investigated. If violations are confirmed, the account will be restricted and all rewards forfeited.

• MEXC reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions

  • By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.
  • Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.
  • Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.
  • The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.
  • All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. MEXC retains the final decision on all matters of reward distribution.
  • During the event period, MEXC will monitor trading activity to detect and prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using another person's account or personal information, providing false KYC details, artificially inflating trading data, engaging in wash or laundering trades, violating the terms of the event, breaching local regulatory requirements, or engaging in any other unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. If any such conduct is identified, MEXC reserves the right to disqualify users from receiving rewards.
  • This event does not constitute, and should not be regarded as, a recommendation or investment advice to buy or sell any products. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, and may become illiquid at any time. All participants are solely responsible for their own investment decisions, and MEXC is not liable for any losses incurred. Where MEXC exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.
