<title>Algemene Voorwaarden</title><ul><li>Door deel te nemen aan dit evenement, wordt ervan uitgegaan dat gebruikers de Algemene Voorwaarden van het evenement hebben gelezen, begrepen en ermee akkoord gaan.</li><li>Deelname aan dit evenement is beperkt tot het hoofdaccount. Subaccounts kunnen niet als onafhankelijke accounts deelnemen. Het handelsvolume en de bijbehorende gegevens van subaccounts worden voor de uiteindelijke berekeningen gecombineerd met die van de hoofdaccount.</li><li>Gebruikers kunnen slechts één beloning ontvangen voor hetzelfde type evenement op MEXC binnen dezelfde periode. Er worden geen herhaalde beloningen toegekend.</li><li>De waarde van beloningen kan fluctueren als gevolg van marktomstandigheden en kan op elk moment stijgen of dalen. MEXC is niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele wijzigingen in de beloningswaarde als gevolg van marktvolatiliteit.</li><li>Alle winnaars van beloningen worden onderworpen aan de risicobeoordeling van MEXC voordat de beloningen worden uitgekeerd. Gebruikers die de beoordeling niet doorstaan, ontvangen geen beloningen en de beloningen worden niet opnieuw verstrekt. MEXC behoudt de uiteindelijke beslissing over alle zaken met betrekking tot de distributie van beloningen.</li><li>Gedurende de looptijd van het evenement zal MEXC de handelsactiviteiten monitoren om elke vorm van bedrog of afwijkend gedrag op te sporen en te voorkomen, waaronder, maar niet beperkt tot: het aanmaken van meerdere accounts, het gebruiken van het account of de persoonlijke gegevens van een ander, het verstrekken van valse KYC-gegevens, het kunstmatig opblazen van handelsgegevens, het uitvoeren van 'washing'- of 'whitewashing'-transacties, het schenden van de voorwaarden van het evenement, het overtreden van lokale wettelijke vereisten of het uitvoeren van andere onwettige, frauduleuze of schadelijke activiteiten. Indien dergelijk gedrag wordt vastgesteld, behoudt MEXC zich het recht voor om gebruikers te diskwalificeren voor het ontvangen van beloningen.</li><li>Dit evenement vormt geen aanbeveling of beleggingsadvies om producten te kopen of verkopen, en mag ook niet worden beschouwd als zodanig. Digitale assets zijn speculatief en zeer volatiel, en kunnen op elk moment illiquide worden. Ze zijn alleen geschikt voor beleggers met een hoge risicobereidheid. Alle deelnemers zijn gebonden aan deze herziene voorwaarden. Waar mogelijk zal MEXC ernaar streven om kennisgeving te doen van materiële wijzigingen voordat deze van kracht worden. Indien MEXC op grond van deze voorwaarden discretionaire bevoegdheid uitoefent, zal zij dit op een redelijke wijze doen.</li><li>MEXC behoudt zich het recht voor om de uiteindelijke interpretatie van deze bepaling te bepalen. 🚀Eligible Event Tokens: MON, CHOG, APR, FOLKS

Event 1: Deposit to Share 20,000 USDT (New User Exclusive)

During the event, make a net deposit of at least 100 USDT or equivalent to receive 10 USDT. Rewards are limited to 2,000 users on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Note: Net Deposits = Total Deposits - Total Withdrawals. Transfers between MEXC accounts will be excluded.

Event 2: Trade Spot to Share 30,000 USDT

During the event, complete the following tasks to receive corresponding rewards:

Task 1: Trade Spot to Share 10,000 USDT (New User Exclusive)

Achieve at least 100 USDT in Spot trading volume for the event tokens, and maintain total Spot holdings of at least 100 USDT in any token by the end of the event to get 10 USDT. Rewards are limited to 1,000 users on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Task 2: Boost Spot Trades to Share 20,000 USDT

Achieve at least 1,000 USDT in Spot trading volume for the event tokens to share 20,000 USDT in proportion to individual trading volume. Individual rewards are capped at 100 USDT.

Event 3: Trade Futures to Share 150,000 USDT

During the event period, complete the following tasks to earn corresponding rewards:

Task 1: Welcome Bonus for New Futures Users—50,000 USDT in Futures Bonuses

Haven't made your first Futures trade yet? Trade any event tokens on Futures and accumulate a trading volume of at least 1,000 USDT to receive 10 USDT in Futures bonuses. Rewards are limited to 5,000 new Futures users on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Task 2: Futures Trading Challenge—100,000 USDT in Futures Bonuses

Trade any event tokens on Futures and accumulate a trading volume of at least 100,000 USDT to qualify for a share of 100,000 USDT in Futures bonuses, distributed proportionally based on your valid Futures trading volume. The more you trade, the greater your rewards! Individual rewards are capped at 200 USDT in Futures bonuses.

  • Note: Rewards from Task 1 and Task 2 can be combined.

Event 4: Stake MON to Unlock Up to 10% APR

Stake MON during the event period to unlock up to 10% APR. Rewards are limited on a first-come, first-served basis, so act fast!

Notes:

  • Users must complete Advanced KYC Verification to participate and be eligible for rewards.
  • Staked assets will be frozen in users' Spot accounts and cannot be traded or withdrawn until the staking period ends.
  • Interest will be credited to eligible users' Spot accounts as a single payout after the staking period ends.

Event Rules

  • Users must click the "Register Now" button on the event page to be eligible for the event.
  • Market makers and institutional users are not eligible for this event. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate.
  • Upon successful registration, the system will automatically track all eligible trading volumes from the time of registration, including Futures trades (both open and closed positions) and Spot trades (buy and sell amounts).
  • For the deposit task, there are no restrictions on the type of token. Users may deposit any token. The deposit amount will be converted to USDT based on the platform's exchange rate at the time of deposit and included in the reward calculation. All deposits in this event are calculated as net deposits, using the following formula: Net Deposit = Total Deposits – Total Withdrawals. Deposit amounts are valued according to the token's price at the time of deposit, while withdrawals are valued at the token's price at the time of withdrawal. Participants whose net deposit amount falls below the minimum threshold by the end of the event will not be eligible for rewards.
  • Eligible deposit methods include P2P trading, fiat deposits, and on-chain deposits. Withdrawal methods include on-chain withdrawals, internal transfers, P2P or fiat withdrawals, and Gift withdrawals.
  • For Event 1 & 2, new users are those who newly sign up on MEXC or have a total deposit of less than 100 USDT (including on-chain deposits, fiat deposits, and P2P trading) before the event starts. For Event 3, new users are those who have not made any Futures trades before the event starts.
  • New users can receive the new user exclusive reward only once across all eligible events, including Airdrop+, Spin & Win, Launchpad, Launchpool, Invite and Earn, and Rewards Hub. If a user participates in multiple eligible events, they will only receive the reward from the first event that distributes it.
  • Users must complete Advanced KYC Verification before the end of the event to be eligible for rewards.
  • All rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis within 10 business days after the event ends. Token rewards will be airdropped to users' Spot wallets. Futures bonus rewards will be credited to users' Futures wallets. Futures bonuses earned from this event will be valid for 20 days.

Terms and Conditions

  • By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.
  • Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.
  • Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.
  • The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.
  • All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. MEXC retains the final decision on all matters of reward distribution.
  • During the event period, MEXC will monitor trading activity to detect and prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using another person's account or personal information, providing false KYC details, artificially inflating trading data, engaging in wash or laundering trades, violating the terms of the event, breaching local regulatory requirements, or engaging in any other unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. If any such conduct is identified, MEXC reserves the right to disqualify users from receiving rewards.
  • This event does not constitute, and should not be regarded as, a recommendation or investment advice to buy or sell any products. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, and may become illiquid at any time. They are suitable only for investors with a high risk tolerance, and investors may lose the entire value of their investment. All participants are solely responsible for their own investment decisions, and MEXC is not liable for any losses incurred. Past performance does not constitute a reliable indicator of future results. Participants should only invest in products they understand and whose risks they are able to bear.   • MEXC reserves the right to amend or update the rules of the event at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this event, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the event, and adjusting the event and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms. Where practicable, MEXC will endeavor to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where MEXC exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.
