A Nevada congressional candidate and a former celebrity car dealer has been slapped with a sweeping ban from MGM Resorts properties across the country after months of fiery social media attacks on the casino giant, according to TMZ.

MGM fired off a cease-and-desist letter threatening Republican Bobby Khan with arrest, fines, and jail time if he sets foot at any of their Vegas Strip locations, including the Bellagio, Aria, Cosmopolitan, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Luxor, New York-New York, Excalibur, and Vdara.

"The letter, obtained by TMZ, also warns Bobby to stay the hell away from T-Mobile Arena in Vegas ... plus Borgata in New Jersey, Beau Rivage in Mississippi, MGM National Harbor in Maryland, and MGM Springfield in Massachusetts ... among others," the report said.

The drastic move comes after Khan reportedly posted relentlessly on Instagram to his 90,000 followers about MGM's inflated hotel prices, which he claims have priced out everyday Las Vegas residents. His posts frequently feature him walking through casinos, criticizing what he sees as price-gouging.

Khan's fuming campaign team accused MGM of weaponizing their legal team rather than engaging with legitimate criticism. The casino chain's letter made clear it would be their final word on the matter.

Khan, who served time for wire fraud, is running for Congress in Nevada's 1st District, which encompasses portions of Las Vegas and the Strip.
