A step-by-step guide to X3NA — the PvP prediction platform on BASE where you predict memecoin price movements in real time.

You’ve heard about prediction platforms. Maybe you’ve watched someone play. Maybe you’re curious but the learning curve feels steep.

Here’s the truth: your first X3NA battle takes less than 5 minutes from start to finish, and the minimum entry is roughly $3.

This guide walks you through everything. No jargon. No assumptions. Just the steps.

What You Need Before You Start

Three things.

1. A Web3 wallet. X3NA supports MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow, and any WalletConnect-compatible wallet. If you don’t have one yet, we recommend Coinbase Wallet — it’s the simplest to set up and integrates natively with BASE.

2. A small amount of ETH on BASE. The minimum entry is 0.001 ETH (approximately $3). Gas fees on BASE are $0.01–0.05 per transaction, so even $5 in your wallet is enough for multiple battles.

3. An internet connection and a browser. X3NA runs in your browser at app.x3na.com. No downloads. No installations. Works on desktop and mobile.

How to Get ETH on BASE

If you already have ETH on Ethereum mainnet, Arbitrum, or another chain, you can bridge it to BASE in under 2 minutes.

Option A — Official BASE Bridge. Go to bridge.base.org, connect your wallet, select the amount, and confirm the transaction. Funds arrive within a few minutes.

Option B — Coinbase. If you have a Coinbase account, you can send ETH directly to your wallet on the BASE network. Select “BASE” as the network when withdrawing.

Option C — Third-party bridges. Services like Across Protocol, Stargate, or Orbiter Finance also support BASE transfers, often with faster confirmation times.

Step 1: Connect Your Wallet

Go to app.x3na.com.

Click the “Connect Wallet” button in the top right corner. A modal will appear with wallet options. Select your wallet, approve the connection, and make sure you’re on the BASE network (Chain ID: 8453).

If your wallet is on a different network, X3NA will prompt you to switch automatically. One click and you’re on BASE.

Common issues:

  • “Wrong network” error? Click the network switcher in your wallet and select BASE.
  • Wallet not connecting? Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
  • Using a mobile wallet? Open app.x3na.com in your wallet’s built-in browser.

Step 2: Enter a Battle Room

Once connected, you’ll see the battle lobby — a list of active rooms with different configurations.

Each room shows the round duration (30 seconds Quick, 60 seconds Standard, or 90 seconds Extended), the current number of players in the room, and the minimum entry amount.

Which room should you pick for your first battle?

Start with a 60-second Standard room. Here’s why: 30-second Quick rooms are intense and fast, great once you’re comfortable but overwhelming for a first round. 90-second Extended rooms require more analytical patience. The 60-second format gives you enough time to read the chart and make a decision while keeping the energy focused.

Click on a room to enter it.

Step 3: Vote on a Memecoin

When you enter a room, you’ll first see the voting phase (15 seconds).

Players vote on which memecoin to feature in the next round. You’ll see options like PEPE, DOGE, SHIB, BRETT, and other popular tokens. Tap the one you want to predict on.

The coin with the most votes becomes the round’s asset. The community chooses what to play, not the platform.

Step 4: Analyze the Chart

After voting, the TradingView chart loads with real-time price data for the selected memecoin.

You now have time to analyze and make your prediction. Here’s what you’re looking at:

  • The price line showing real-time price movement
  • The timer counting down to round start
  • The prediction distribution showing what percentage of players are choosing UP vs. DOWN
  • The multipliers showing your potential payout for each direction

Quick analysis tips for your first battle:

Look at the trend. Is the price generally moving up or down over the last few minutes? If there’s a clear direction, the simplest approach is to follow it.

Check the prediction distribution. If 80%+ of players are choosing one direction, the multiplier for the opposite side will be much higher. Going against the crowd is riskier, but if you’re right, the reward is significantly larger.

Don’t overthink it. For your first round, trust your read of the chart and make a decision. You’ll develop more nuanced strategies over time.

Step 5: Make Your Prediction

Choose UP (you think the price will be higher when the round ends) or DOWN (you think it will be lower).

Set your entry amount. The minimum is 0.001 ETH (around $3). For your first battle, stick with the minimum. You’re here to learn the mechanics, not to take big positions.

Confirm the transaction in your wallet. Gas costs approximately $0.01 on BASE.

That’s it. Your prediction is locked.

Step 6: Watch the Battle

The round begins. The TradingView chart is live. The timer counts down.

For the next 30, 60, or 90 seconds, the memecoin’s price moves in real time, powered by Chainlink oracle price feeds. You can’t change your prediction. You just watch and see how it plays out.

Step 7: Collect Your Result

When the timer hits zero, the Chainlink oracle captures the final price and compares it to the opening price.

If the price went UP and you predicted UP: You win. Your share of the prize pool is calculated based on the multiplier at the time you entered. Winnings are sent to your wallet automatically. No claiming required.

If the price went DOWN and you predicted UP: You lose this round. Your entry goes to the winning side’s prize pool.

If the price is exactly the same: It’s a tie. Everyone gets their entry back with zero fees.

Understanding Your Payout

The payout depends on the dynamic multiplier, which is driven by how many players are on each side.

A simple example: 10 players enter a round. 7 predict UP, 3 predict DOWN. Each puts in 0.001 ETH. The total pool is 0.01 ETH.

If DOWN wins, those 3 players split the entire pool (minus 5% fee). Each gets approximately 0.00317 ETH — a 3.17x return on their entry.

If UP wins, the 7 players split the pool. Each gets approximately 0.00136 ETH — a 1.36x return.

The fewer people on your side, the higher your potential payout. That’s the core strategic element of X3NA.

What to Do After Your First Battle

If you won: Nice. You just earned your first on-chain prediction reward. Play a few more rounds at minimum entries to get comfortable with the mechanics before adjusting your position size.

If you lost: Completely normal. Even experienced players don’t win every round. The platform is skill-based over time, not on any single round. Check out our strategy documentation to learn about technical analysis, crowd reading, and entry management.

Either way: You now understand how X3NA works. The rest is practice and pattern recognition.

Quick Reference Card

Detail Value Minimum entry 0.001 ETH (~$3) Gas cost per transaction $0.01–0.05 (BASE) Round durations 30s / 60s / 90s Maximum multiplier Up to 40x Platform fee 5% (transparent, visible) RTP 95% Payout speed Instant (auto to wallet) Price oracle Chainlink Blockchain BASE (Ethereum L2)

Tips for New Players

Start with minimum entries. Your first 20 battles are for learning. Keep entries at 0.001 ETH until you have a feel for the mechanics and your own decision-making patterns.

Watch a few rounds first. You can enter a room and observe without placing an entry. Watch how the multipliers shift, how the chart moves, and how results play out before committing any ETH.

Size your entries deliberately. A good rule of thumb is keeping any single entry small relative to your total balance. This keeps you in the game long enough to learn and improve.

Try all three room durations. You might find that 30-second Quick rooms suit your style better than 90-second Extended rooms, or vice versa. Each has different strategic dynamics worth exploring.

Take breaks. If you’re on a losing streak, step back. Come back fresh. The rooms will still be there.

Start your first battle now.

The Federal Reserve cut interest rates by 25 basis points, and Powell said this was a risk management cut

PANews reported on September 18th, according to the Securities Times, that at 2:00 AM Beijing time on September 18th, the Federal Reserve announced a 25 basis point interest rate cut, lowering the federal funds rate from 4.25%-4.50% to 4.00%-4.25%, in line with market expectations. The Fed's interest rate announcement triggered a sharp market reaction, with the three major US stock indices rising briefly before quickly plunging. The US dollar index plummeted, briefly hitting a new low since 2025, before rebounding sharply, turning a decline into an upward trend. The sharp market volatility was closely tied to the subsequent monetary policy press conference held by Federal Reserve Chairman Powell. He stated that the 50 basis point rate cut lacked broad support and that there was no need for a swift adjustment. Today's move could be viewed as a risk-management cut, suggesting the Fed will not enter a sustained cycle of rate cuts. Powell reiterated the Fed's unwavering commitment to maintaining its independence. Market participants are currently unaware of the risks to the Fed's independence. The latest published interest rate dot plot shows that the median expectation of Fed officials is to cut interest rates twice more this year (by 25 basis points each), one more than predicted in June this year. At the same time, Fed officials expect that after three rate cuts this year, there will be another 25 basis point cut in 2026 and 2027.

SEC Approves Generic Listing Standards for Crypto ETFs

SEC Approves Generic Listing Standards for Crypto ETFs

In a bombshell filing, the SEC is prepared to allow generic listing standards for crypto ETFs. This would permit ETF listings without a specific case-by-case approval process. The filing’s language rests on cryptoassets that are commodities, not securities. However, the Commission is reclassifying many such assets, theoretically enabling an XRP ETF alongside many other new products. Why Generic Listing Standards Matter The SEC has been tacitly approving new crypto ETFs like XRP and DOGE-based products, but there hasn’t been an unambiguously clear signal of greater acceptance. Huge waves of altcoin ETF filings keep reaching the Commission, but there hasn’t been a corresponding show of confidence. Until today, that is, as the SEC just took a sweeping measure to approve generic listing standards for crypto ETFs: “[Several leading exchanges] filed with the SEC proposed rule changes to adopt generic listing standards for Commodity-Based Trust Shares. Each of the foregoing proposed rule changes… were subject to notice and comment. This order approves the Proposals on an accelerated basis,” the SEC’s filing claimed. The proposals came from the Nasdaq, CBOE, and NYSE Arca, which all the ETF issuers have been using to funnel their proposals. In other words, this decision on generic listing standards could genuinely transform crypto ETF approvals. A New Era for Crypto ETFs Specifically, these new standards would allow issuers to tailor-make compliant crypto ETF proposals. If these filings meet all the Commission’s criteria, the underlying ETFs could trade on the market without direct SEC approval. This would remove a huge bottleneck in the coveted ETF creation process. “By approving these generic listing standards, we are ensuring that our capital markets remain the best place in the world to engage in the cutting-edge innovation of digital assets. This approval helps to maximize investor choice and foster innovation by streamlining the listing process,” SEC Chair Paul Atkins claimed in a press release. The SEC has already been working on a streamlined approval process for crypto ETFs, but these generic listing standards could accomplish the task. This rule change would rely on considering tokens as commodities instead of securities, but federal regulators have been reclassifying assets like XRP. If these standards work as advertised, ETFs based on XRP, Solana, and many other cryptos could be coming very soon. This quiet announcement may have huge implications.
