KinetFlow to discontinue several cross-chain bridge services due to business adjustments, affecting Heco, OK Chain, and Zero Gravity Portal users.

KinetFlow has announced a strategic move to shut down several cross-chain bridge services as part of its business realignment efforts, according to Conflux (CFX) Forum. This decision impacts the cross-chain functionalities provided by ShuttleFlow and Zero Gravity Portal, affecting the Heco Chain and OK Chain, among others.

Details of Heco Chain Shutdown

The Heco Chain, which ceased operations in January 2025, will no longer support cross-chain services from KinetFlow. Currently, assets bridged from Conflux to Heco amount to approximately 39,000 CFX, while those bridged from Heco to Conflux include 35 HT. Due to most assets being below the minimum withdrawal threshold, KinetFlow has taken an on-chain snapshot of Heco at the cessation time. Users with CFX on Heco during this snapshot can manually retrieve their assets through KinetFlow, subject to a 100 CFX processing fee.

OK Chain Service Termination

As of yet unspecified dates in 2025, KinetFlow will also terminate cross-chain functions to OK Chain. Assets currently bridged from Conflux to OK Chain include approximately 17,000 CFX and 1.2 cUSDT, while those from OK Chain to Conflux include 0.02 OKT and 3 FLUXk. Similar to Heco, these assets are below the withdrawal threshold, and users are urged to bridge back their funds promptly to avoid losses. Post-shutdown, remaining CFX assets can be reclaimed via manual application, incurring a 100 CFX fee per request.

Closure of eSpace to ETH Bridge

The eSpace to ETH cross-chain service, part of the Zero Gravity Portal, will also be discontinued. This service currently supports cUSDT/cUSDC assets on Conflux eSpace, sourced from Core Space, cBridge, Meson, and Zero Gravity Portal. Despite the closure of this specific function, other bridges like cBridge and Meson will continue to operate, allowing users to perform cross-chain transactions.

Liquidity providers using Zero Gravity Portal are advised to withdraw their assets promptly to prevent asset loss. For further inquiries, stakeholders can contact KinetFlow’s support team.
