<title>Noteikumi</title><ul><li>Uzskatāms, ka, piedaloties šajā pasākumā, lietotāji ir izlasījuši un sapratuši pasākuma noteikumus un piekrīt tiem.</li><li>Šajā pasākumā var piedalīties tikai ar galveno kontu. Apakškonti nevar piedalīties kā neatkarīgi konti. Galīgo aprēķinu veikšanai tirdzniecības apjoms un saistītie dati no apakškontiem tiks apvienoti ar galvenā konta datiem.</li><li>Lietotāji var saņemt tikai vienu atlīdzību par viena veida pasākumiem MEXC vienā periodā. Atkārtotas atlīdzības netiks piešķirtas.</li><li>Atlīdzību vērtība var svārstīties atkarībā no tirgus apstākļiem un jebkurā laikā var palielināties vai samazināties. MEXC nav atbildīgs par nekādām atlīdzības vērtības izmaiņām, kas rodas tirgus svārstību dēļ.</li><li>Visi atlīdzības ieguvēji pirms atlīdzību sadales tiek pakļauti MEXC riska pārbaudei. Lietotāji, kas neizturēs pārbaudi, nesaņems atlīdzību, un atlīdzība netiks piešķirta atkārtoti. MEXC patur galīgo lēmumu par visiem atlīdzības sadales jautājumiem.</li><li>Pasākuma laikā MEXC uzraudzīs tirdzniecības aktivitātes, lai atklātu un novērstu jebkāda veida krāpšanu vai anormālu rīcību, tostarp, bet ne tikai: vairāku kontu veidošanu, citas personas konta vai personas datu izmantošanu, nepatiesas PSK informācijas sniegšanu, mākslīgu tirdzniecības apjoma paaugstināšanu, iesaistīšanos "mazgāšanas" vai "atmazgāšanas" darījumos, pasākuma noteikumu pārkāpšanu, vietējo normatīvo prasību pārkāpšanu vai iesaistīšanos citās nelikumīgās, krāpnieciskās vai kaitīgās darbībās. Ja tiek konstatēta šāda rīcība, MEXC patur tiesības diskvalificēt lietotājus no atlīdzību saņemšanas.</li><li>Šis pasākums nav padoms vai ieguldījumu ieteikums pirkt vai pārdot kādus produktus un nav uzskatāms par tādu. Digitālie aktīvi ir spekulatīvi un ļoti svārstīgi, un tie jebkurā brīdī var kļūt nelikvīdi. Tie ir piemēroti tikai ieguldītājiem ar augstu riska toleranci, un ieguldītāji var zaudēt visu ieguldījumu vērtību. Visi dalībnieki ir pilnībā atbildīgi par saviem ieguldījumu lēmumiem, un MEXC nav atbildīgs par nekādiem zaudējumiem. Pagātnes rezultāti nav uzticams nākotnes rezultātu rādītājs. Šie pārskatītie noteikumi ir saistoši visiem dalībniekiem. Ja iespējams, MEXC centīsies paziņot par būtiskām izmaiņām, pirms tās stājas spēkā. Ja MEXC izmanto jebkādu rīcības brīvību saskaņā ar šiem noteikumiem, tas to dara saprātīgā veidā.</li><li>MEXC patur tiesības galīgi interpretēt šo pasākumu. Event Rules

• Users must click the Register Now button on the event page to be eligible for the event. 

• Only users from the Southeast Asia region are eligible to participate or receive rewards. 

•Rewards from this event cannot be combined with other similar trading volume campaigns on the platform, including but not limited to the Rewards Hub, Futures M-Day, Airdrop+, etc. If users participate simultaneously, rewards will be distributed as a USDT airdrop after deducting any rewards already received from other campaigns.

•The Futures Trading Volume Leaderboard is divided into a New User Leaderboard and an All Users Leaderboard. New users are defined as users who have not made any deposits and have not conducted any futures trading. New users may participate in both the New User Leaderboard and the All Users Leaderboard. Rewards will be distributed in the form of Futures Trial Funds.

•Please note that interest coupons cannot be stacked. Only one interest coupon can be used at a time. A new coupon can only be used after the current one expires.

•Futures trading volume data may experience slight delays. If it is not updated in real time, please refresh the page after approximately 10 minutes. Rewards will be distributed uniformly after passing risk control review, and all rewards will be issued within 14 natural days after the event ends. 

• Reward distribution will take into account users' net trading fees accrued during the event period.

• All physical rewards will be distributed in equivalent USDT.

• Only Futures trading volume with fees > 0 will be counted. Trading volume generated using bonus funds or stablecoin Futures contracts (e.g., USDCUSDT) will not be included.

•  After completing the corresponding daily check-in task, the lottery ticket will be issued to the user within 24 hours. Users must use the lottery ticket to draw rewards during the event period.

• Rewards from this event may not be combined with rewards from other similar events on the platform. In the case of concurrent participation, users will only receive the reward from the event for which they first become eligible. MEXC will conduct a unified review, and duplicate participation will be determined based on the referral source associated with the sign-up page.

• Market makers, API traders, and institutional accounts are not eligible to participate.

• Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate independently in this event.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the event.
  • Participation in this event is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts cannot participate as independent accounts. Trading volume and related data from sub-accounts will be combined with that of the main account for final calculations.
  • Users can only receive a single reward for the same type of event on MEXC within the same time period. Repeated rewards will not be issued.
  • The value of rewards may fluctuate due to market conditions and may increase or decrease at any time. MEXC is not responsible for any changes in reward value resulting from market volatility.
  • All reward winners are subject to MEXC's risk review prior to the distribution of rewards. Users who do not pass the review will not receive rewards, and rewards will not be reissued. MEXC retains the final decision on all matters of reward distribution.
  • During the event period, MEXC will monitor trading activity to detect and prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using another person's account or personal information, providing false KYC details, artificially inflating trading data, engaging in wash or laundering trades, violating the terms of the event, breaching local regulatory requirements, or engaging in any other unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. If any such conduct is identified, MEXC reserves the right to disqualify users from receiving rewards.
  • This event does not constitute, and should not be regarded as, a recommendation or investment advice to buy or sell any products. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, and may become illiquid at any time. They are suitable only for investors with a high risk tolerance, and investors may lose the entire value of their investment. All participants are solely responsible for their own investment decisions, and MEXC is not liable for any losses incurred. Past performance does not constitute a reliable indicator of future results. Participants should only invest in products they understand and whose risks they are able to bear. Before making any investment, participants should carefully consider their investment experience, financial situation, objectives, and risk tolerance, and consult an independent financial advisor if necessary.
  • MEXC reserves the right to amend or update the rules of the event at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this event, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the event, and adjusting the event and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms. Where practicable, MEXC will endeavor to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where MEXC exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.

  • In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
